I don’t understand why ADVFN doesn’t close down the accounts of those who have sabotaged the threads and stopped the proliferation of mindless threads that are clearly just started to distract and disrupt. It probably is just mindless behaviour from people with too much time on their hands and don’t need to work. ADVFN have come a long way from their early days when they had the thread police to keep threads on topic and constructive!

Agreed Geko. The forums have deteriorated hugely over the last 3 months specifically. It's mainly due to roughly 3-4 posters who offer almost nothing in terms of quality contributions or opinion but seem to want to post endlessly about anything but Empire. For 2 months now I have my own personal stalker who it appears must post something after I do on LSE. It was mildly amusing at first however, after weeks it essentially broke the forum as is evident from the posts taking place now. I'm very close to just packing up the forums & managing my own info via SB & Vo. 9 years is a good run but everything must come to an end. That end is nigh! ML
