Tesco shortlisted for RNIB See Differently Award

Tesco has been shortlisted in the Employer of the Year category. This award recognises an organisation which has committed to providing an accessible and inclusive workplace for blind and partially sighted employees. From making significant efforts to ensure their hiring process is fully accessible, supporting any new or existing workers with sight loss, to raising awareness of sight loss amongst their sighted employees.

Henry Gosling, Tesco diversity & inclusion manager, said: “Achieving the standard was important to Tesco because we wanted the business to reflect the communities we serve. Tesco is somewhere that everyone feels able to thrive.”

Colleagues with sight loss work in several departments at Tesco, including in-store, distribution and their head office. To ensure needs are met for visually impaired employees, managers receive specific training to support their direct reports.

Looking really good here again Helen and I am wondering if we can sustain this run into the next divi which should be in around 6 weeks or so?

A few months back 310 was what I hoped we would see by around that time but it looks like that could come a month or so earlier.

Good luck all 👍🏻

If you look at the Lib/Lab/Con Party and the policies they are pushing to destroy our farmers and the same policies that Macron is pushing to destroy theirs.
It fits in nicely withe the EU and it's ideology.
They were going to implement directives across the EU that created a system where the Eastern European countries would produce the food and countries such as Britain and France would be involved in the Technology side if Life.
The idiocy in Britain of allowing Solar Panels to cover farmland should show that.
The Fascist EU appears to be still in full swing in Britain even after it was democratically voted out.
As for the Continent of Europe we'll they have upcoming elections 😁
