Millbrook have set out a clear explanation as to how we came to this disappointing outcome.
I am under no illusions and expect the share price to drop as investors, quite reasonably sell before Millbrook delist.

dd776 - Only yearly and probably on their website. No other information need be published - see "Notice of General Meeting"

Anybody know about "price matching facilities". I know J.P. Jenkins did something like this years ago but it didn't seem to work.

I think you will find that pump and dump artists was just trying to get going.
They recently set up a new thread with lots of links pointing to all positive stuff going on and were trying to overstate every bit of info they could find.
As always they didn't do their homework otherwise they would of known things were not looking very good.

They were well and truly caught out on this occasion though.

Suspect the name change is to reflect the closing of the instruments business (MIL) to focus on the nano-test side of the business.

Definitely worth waiting till the dust settles here may even do a 'BNLN' if we're lucky (just remember to sell out!)
