Does anyone know what has happened with this company????

The last I heard was that the company had some cash as they de-listed - so what happens to that?

not a word from them, just cancellation from LSE (for non-activity I suppose)

talk about keeping shareholders informed...

make a cross over it I suppose ;-)

New Proposals
'The company is pleased to announce that it is negotiations regarding an equity investment into the company. This equity investment will be subject to shareholder approval. The company will make a full announcement once the terms of the equity investment have been agreed.

Due to the proposed equity investment, the company no longer intends to seek shareholder approval for a members' Voluntary Liquidation. Shareholders should though be aware that under AIM rules the company is deemed to be an investing company and has until 8th May 2009 to make a reverse takeover. If it does not so by this date its shares will be suspended for a period of 6 months and thereafter cancelled. The company is continuing to seek acquisition opportunities and will keep shareholders updated'

So as 8th May is this week, even if an offer wasn't to materialise, surely the market makers need to deliver the stock - (the shares that were sold over the last 2 weeks to the buyers) prior to suspension... if that is the case then they all may be fighting themselves to get the shares back to balance their books.

I personally can't see where massive sellers will come from as many of the holders hold small amounts of shares and it would cost them more in dealing costs to dispose of the shares...

Even if the company gets suspended i am stillhappy to hold - co still has plenty of cash and break up value. All imo and dyor.

Will certainly be an interesting week...

mms were bidding for 300k plus today - another 450k buys today.

Not sure of news but i was the buyer of 200k - it is very clear to me that the mms are short of stock.

when I rung up for 100k - you could buy 75k on machine at .079 - mm made me a price in 100k at 0.85 so i told broker to get 75k at 0.79 but mm had taken price of machine, so i had to settle for 0.85.

2 mins later kbc had them 100k at 0.83 so we picked more up.

It will be interesting to see what mms do when they have to deliver the stock when the settlement dates are nearing.

Happy to sit with this and add. You could only buy 50k and sell 250k - good to see house broker on the bid.

Nice Andrbea,News soon do you recon? What do you think regarding eam they have nearly half a million quid for an acquisition and they are sitting at 0.20p
