He probably did us a favour in one respect by going private as it gave most of us a chance to get out. i went back in for a small amount at the death but was well aware of the risk by then
Still a learning curve and not nice for the staff, just have to make money on other shares and make good the loss

Had a letter from Gallaghers today with the details of the cScape group in administation
Outcome bluesky sold to KY for £220,260.45p cash.
Low price because it had run out of funds and quick sale to Keith to stop it going bust ???
Well you would just wonder just how long the company has been solvent.

yesterday and today, only 15,000 shares but the value is there but the directors are not able to unlock it'
Maybe as the chairman has stated ,the company can rub along as they are now free of restaints from the market,and finally bring something together that may bring a return to the market in a more meaningful way.
Capital from \venture capisits could be useful in this interim period,with a return to market in say 3/4 years or so'
They have the right mix of people and the right mix of accounts but they have their heads in the clouds with the attitude to work that is allowed by the Chairman and Rob Killick'Too many posts on twitter and other distractions and a general failure to make a profit for the company as well as themselves which is a very selfish attitude to have, especialy in a public company.
as you have said recently, a deal could be on the table in months, but to be able to buy 10k @ 10p yesrerday and a further 5k today at 12.5p, it a gift'
the rules in the new articles seem onerous given that shareholders are given no accounts or have any communication from the4 company as a right, a far cry from mine. but for the ammount of money spent over the last 2 days £1800 a return of ??% more will be welcome in the fulness of time. the grandchildren will enjoy,lol B
PS £1800 buys !% of the company at the moment ,very cheap and worth the risk,dont forget Keith has put many into his pension fund 2 million or so before the last consolidation at 70p!!

I haven't bought any more but I decided not to sell those I do have, I think my grandchildren might have to leave them in their wills for their own grandchildren though. V.

Well after selling after the announcement to go private i have bought back half my original holding for a song.
Maybe usful for the grandchildren and far cheaper than the presents they get at Xmas,lol.

Looks as though Keith is transferring some shares,800,000 plus traded
Cloak and dagger stuff, Friday evening after hours
Probably just establishing a tax loss

Doesnt make it any easier though for shareholders when it happens does it least of all people that appear to get off on other peoples misfortunes .Sad state of affairs all round !
