Action required in order to recover anything from this rotten dutch herring!

The procedure for acceptance of the Offer is set out on pages 16 to 17 of this document and in the Form of Acceptance. To accept the Offer in respect of Nature Group Shares, the Form of Acceptance must be completed, signed and returned (along with your valid share certificate(s) and/or other document(s) of title) as soon as possible and, in any event, so as to be received by Computershare, by post at Corporate Actions Projects, Bristol, BS99 6AH, or by hand (during normal business hours only) to Computershare Investor Services PLC, The Pavilions, Bridgwater Road, Bristol, BS13 8AE, United Kingdom, no later than 1.00 p.m. (London time) on 12 March 2019

Suspended today I missed that.

Going to be a brutal year for a lot of struggling small caps. Lots will have trouble
raising money unless they take a massive discount to their current prices.

Well L&G have sold some but only around 100-150k if I have it right.

dave454 - could be I suppose. I was going by the time-stamp which I thought might be closing auction. Sells were only getting just over 3p into the close on that day

Wonder what the eventual outcome will be here? Directors bought plenty at 12p+ last year.

I think it's a worked sale MD when the mm's were offering around 3.8-4p after news they sat there and offered and sold a similar amount, check all the trades including a 250k delayed buy all around 3.8-4p

Nature Group soars on "indications of interest" for Maritime operations, as well as Oil & Gas business
Nature Group Plc (LON:NGR) was one of the markets biggest gainers in early morning trading, as its shares soared 28% higher to 3.65p after the firm revealed it has now received "indications of interest" from a number of parties on a possible acquisition of certain of its Maritime operations, as well as further interest in its Oil & Gas business.

The AIM-listed port reception facilities and waste treatment firm announced in a trading update last week that it was in advanced discussions with a preferred bidder for Nature Oil & Gas Holding having reached agreement on indicative terms and pricing.

Apparently halifax have a 5 minute time out jeez..a rns comes out and you rush to buy and you are logged out. Shocking service but all of them are the same. You will lose several thousand pounds a year in this game from bad service but never get ever 1 free trade as compensation.

Been in since before the dot com boom. IQE demonstrates mm's and shorters for that matter at their best. Don't get up tight just buy low sell high. In the case of IQE buy at 17p and sell at £1.63. With shorters let them take the risk and bank the profit.

Predictable, 99% of traders will lose money chasing spikes in this market.

You have to gamble and buy stocks before a good rns to stand any chance atm

In this market if you do not get the lowest or second lowest price it's virtually impossible to beat the mm's, they are killing the business for their own greed.

Even bargain stocks are now dead.

Of course they bid 3.53p, the mm's sold plenty at 3.9-4p but they would not bid much at 3.8p because that is not enough profit for the greedy barstewards.

Just got a quote at 3.53p to sell 10000 shares. Not a bad spread for AIM. You need to switch provider.

I deal on line using their web sight its instantaneous. Done well with Nature Group since 2012. Lets hope the oil price will help them.Just got a quote at 3.8p for 10000 shares. took 2 seconds.

Hargreaves are rubbish too. Just wait till you send in a order and see how long it takes them to pick it up.
