Interest rates have risen and may have plateaued.

Capital risk remains with the possibility of defaults in the event of another downturn. Equity returns can be very volatile.

How can we survive and make a decent yield on our investments whilst safeguarding our capital? The aim of this thread is to focus on ideas to provide a safe income stream.
