Looks like the CFO has been shown the door, maybe the CEO should sack himself as well. Glad I cut my losses with these. Everytime I tried to get in touch with the company to ask afew questions, I was ignored, which to me tells a tale..

Laughable. Can't believe this had bounced so much. All those high margin projects consigned to the useless profligate idiots at useless councils ran out of money folder.

£6m loss for the year.

Very undervalued still, took some low 50s after the directors buy and narrow losses. Expecting this to climb back over £1 over the next month or so

Revenue has grown from GBP14m to 36m to £55m over the previous 3 years.


If they realise 25% of their order book (£146m) in H2 as predicted, total revenue will be £62m this year (still 12% growth).


That will leave £109m order book for next year, even if they win no orders in H2 (which is very unlikely).


So yes, this is a high growth company. The share price more than reflects the revenue timing issues stated in the results.


This will come good over the coming months imo. Just need patience.

Looking good. Forced seller dropped the share price too much. Now is the time for a more reasonable bounce.


60p seems a fair price for these. Unless a takeover offer appears, which is always possible in an exciting high growth arena.

They will sell them all. Probably by end of today maybe Mon. They only had 600k and today Vol 300k.

Problem is it's a low volume stock normally, so could take a while. However doesn't mean they're going to sell them all. They're not on the website notifiable holdings despite them buying in December last year and the website saying it was updated 13th October 2023.

However given the volume either massive amount of day traders or someone else as well.
Charles Stanley Group Plc only held 1,870,571 shares and now have (according to rns as on 12th Oct but time not given 686,678 left.

Stanley Group were the sellers and have now gone below reportable so can sell the rest without notification. Hmmmm could be some selling pressure until they are out

Interesting 249.7k trade went through at 3.45pm, which caused the order book to flip, suggesting it was a buy. Hard to see why the directors wouldn't significantly add to their holdings down here given they were purchasing shares at the £1 level only 4 weeks ago...
