Hi LGW - quieter here now! My CRND were a million purchase at 1.429p and I sold 400k at 2.47p and repurchased the 400k at 2.087 so averaging at 1.275p.Well in profit,but holding for the supposed multi bag - problem is they are so few and far between and not all things may be as apparent as they may seem.
How are you trading generally? My own investments have been few and far between with the recession biting - made 17k on DES only to lose 20k on BKIR in three days and up so far this year with a 12k profit on RPT and paper profit on CRND

Just got this from my broker

"Terms: TAKEOVER: Recommended cash offer, to be made by a wholly-owned subsidiary of ENRC, to
acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of CAMEC. Terms: 20 pence per share As this
is a recommended offer we will accept on your behalf. If you would like to decline this offer please notify
us in writing by letter or secure message no later than 5pm on 2 November 2009."

what would happen if I decline would I get to keep my shares if they ENRC don't get a specific percentage? And is this wise? I personally feel ENRC are underpaying.

AIM CANCELLATION AND ADMISSION TO OFFICIAL LIST

On 04 August 2009 the Company announced its intention to apply for admission of its ordinary share capital to the
Official List of the UK Listing Authority (the "Official List") and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main
Market for listed securities (the "Main Market"). Centamin hereby gives notice, pursuant to Rule 41 of the AIM Rules
for Companies, of the intended cancellation of admission to trading of the Company's issued share capital on AIM. It
is expected that the Company's ordinary shares of no par value each will be simultaneously admitted to the Official
List and to trading on the Main Market and simultaneously cancelled from trading on AIM on or around 05 November 2009,
subject to the receipt of the necessary approvals from the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange.

Investors should consult their own tax advisors as to the tax implications of the move to the Official List and the
Main Market.

A further announcement will be made in due course.

i've taken all my profits from this and dropped it into an offering in the states 100% stock and warrant deal in a company called 11 good energy they manufacture bio diesel, some serious interest in this company developing, set to hit $12 by the first qtr!! figures of $70 has also been mentioned..can give you the contact details if your interested..
