* non-UK companies

Nothing about assets. I'd long given up hope of getting anything - at least the dissolution will crystallise a capital loss in the current tax year which I could do with.

I would hae thought that before dissolving the Co from the "house" they would take care and issue "replacement ownership certificate". ownership can not (should not) just vanish.
