It's perhaps a 1.4 billion usd npv so with a market cap of just 25m that's not far off a 50 fold increase.
So if they now own say 6m worth then potential for them is nearly 300 million £ gain
Plus they could loan 400m usd to finance the project.
The downside is if the project isn't approved then perhaps 6m lost

Common Sense tells me that Global Sustainable Minerals Plc would NOT have acquired a 26% equity take in Emmerson Plc UNLESS they were extremely confident that the Company would be granted the ESIA permit.

Youre getting your dollars and pounds mingled.There were around 1bn shares.They raised:91mill shares+ 8mill shares+ 11mill shares (retail est.).Giving additional 110m sharesI make that about 11% dilution, not 20%

My broker (Jarvis) didn't even participate and have a huge number of shares held for retail investors. Really disappointed by this.
