Based on the current oil price I think being taken out at 320 pence did us all a massive favour.

Don't forget these were trading at 140ish in January. To be taken out at 320p was a fairly good result I think. I had been a holder from 440p but managed to average down. Sure a higher price would have been nice but that wasn't to be. Take your money and move on.

AL MIRQAB CAPITAL SPC to be effected by means of a Scheme of Arrangement
under the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991

SCHEME EFFECTIVE

The consideration of 320 pence per Scheme Share to be paid to Scheme Shareholders pursuant to the Scheme will be despatched (in the case of certificated holders of Scheme Shares) or settled in CREST (in the case of uncertificated holders of Scheme Share) by no later than 14 July 2014.

I appreciate it may depend on when you invested , but, when you look at what has happened to other O&G companies in the past couple of years this one has not been steered to badly , we are going to miss out on some later value but just consider we could be , Blvn , gkp , gbp , Antrim ,to name but few .

It's disgusting... That's what you get for being a committed long term holder. Held through the bad times and then just as things are going well sold out to the lowest bidder.

At least £1 ps too cheap, and he knows it.
