So not much progress here, delayed accounts, no dividend, challenging environment, and slow recovery. At least another year to recovery?

Very quiet here, hoping no news is good news! Could do with some good news to really get the ball rolling!

weren't they just part of the fundraiser? ie daft not to do some to avoid dilution?

Going in the right direction now at least, I think the director buys will have given some confidence.

And that still leaves over £130 Million in net debt ?.

The offer fixes their debt position to clear the loans for the acquisition of Savage and Audix. 72.5 million to clear their bank credit facility. You won't see the share price of 1250p again with this level of dilution be lucky to get 500p tops for a recovery from my guesstimate

Classic example of what can happen when accumulate debt then get hit by a downturn and high interest rates. Obviously the shareholder is the cheapest option to get them out of this mess.

When you think the shares were trading above 1600p not that long ago and they are now raising money at 267p, you do have to ask how the CEO is still in his job..

Glad i never invested here.

TRCML, try adding up the huge amount spent on acquisitions over the last 5/6 years.

And then perhaps ask if these acquired businesses have added or destroyed shareholder value.

Spooky, agree, extraordinary.

Surely it's not the CEO's fault two strikes in the USA and retailers over-stocking?

Looks like holders get a 2 for 5 open offer (ex from open this morning). They're not tradeable rights, so you either take them up or lose out.

Explains the subdued price for so long. Looks like it was an eager take up now all headwinds are over.

Actors' strike ends: Which films will resume production
Published

Production on a number of films and TV shows is set to resume after Sag-Aftra - the union that represents US actors - agreed a tentative deal with Hollywood studios to end a four-month strike.

The shutdown - combined with a separate writers' strike - disrupted production on a number of films and TV shows, with the release dates for some having to be postponed.

After the Writers' Guild of America (WGA) ended its strike in September, writing for a lot of films and TV shows could resume, but the actors' strike meant that nothing could be filmed.

With the strike called off, production on franchises such as Deadpool, The Last of Us, Avatar and Mission Impossible can resume.

It also means the return of press junkets and red carpet premieres, which means the cast for big releases such as Dune: Part Two will be allowed to do interviews to promote their films

The strike meant that awards ceremonies, such as the Emmys - TV's biggest night - were delayed from their usual September slot. The Emmys ceremony will take place in January instead. It means that within the space of a few weeks, the Emmys, Grammys, Screen Actors Guild Awards and Oscars will all take place, making it an unusually busy awards season.

hxxps://www.hollywoodreporter.com/business/business-news/sag-aftra-strike-negotiations-continue-wednesday-deal-in-sight-1235633627/ Positive on the strike.

I agree and hope it can be avoided. Longer the actors strike continues and assuming they don't want to engage in a fire sale of assets, seems sensible to being the debt down somewhat and give management some breathing space.

why "probable"? I think the directors will be doing what they can to avoid.

Thoughts on the probable equity raise?

Must be looking for a range of £50-100m to meaningfully recapitalise the business and give enough of a liquidity buffer.
