The name change is at the end of 23 May trading day, as you could trade under HHR on Friday 23rd.

No, I bought some more this morning, because it's very good value, the reason the share price is drifting down is that there is a persistent seller, which could be invesco since they had 29% of the company. I thought the seller had gone, and the reason I jumped in but I was wrong, a lot of sells again today in very exact multiples, definitely ii.

HL is my broker. I think that was the value at end of yesterday. Tried to get through to their helpdesk people but missed the cutoff today (18:00) will call them tomorrow and ask what's up. Must be because of the name change surely? Woodford wouldn't have parted with £10 mil if there was a chance the company was going bust.

HL says the same thing, but shares suspended at 6.01, which is not the price at the end of today.

contained in a circular to be posted to shareholders today and is subject to
approval by shareholders at the forthcoming general meeting of the Company to

If the resolution is passed by the requisite majority, the new ordinary shares
will be admitted to trading on AIM. It is anticipated that admission to AIM
will occur on 27 May 2014. The new ordinary shares have been allocated new
stock identification codes as follows: SEDOL code (REDD) and ISIN code
(GB00BLWF0R63).

Added some more this morning at 6.024. I had to sell a stock in my growth portfolio to buy this in isa, but it took 3 days to clear the fund, hence I didn't get in 5p region, but very happy with my top up. When is it changing name, I thought it was today.

Oldtown I know STEVEG from old always appears when a share price is falling spouting bad news, since he sold out here he has been back 2 or 3 times trying to spook people to be honest he is a very sad person he was on QPP thread 2 weeks ago saying back to 40p obviously after piling in that is why I nicknamed him THE CHAMELEON LOL

Was looking at buying into again today, but after reading gollards post, decided to listen to him and wait for a bit, he reckon the price is going to drop a lot more and is writing all over Advfn, after what he has written will have to leave buying in for a while
