07/8/2014 15:09 | Riv, cheers for the heads up on those, I'm looking to reinvest KENZ cash somewhere. I know you have CAR which at last is turning around :) Take a look at PTR might be worth running the slide rule over, I have held since 2007 so underwater at the mo but it's looking like things are changing with a big player taken on half the license. | spudders
07/8/2014 13:59 | After today's RNS it seems the deal will definitely be going ahead. Have reinvested some of the proceeds over the last few weeks in a number of small cap stocks, such as BVM, ODX, AKR, PEG, LRM and BRY, where imo there's a great deal of upside and all of them are soundly financed/cash-backed | rivaldo
21/7/2014 12:09 | Credit Suisse buying in / upping stake? Possibility of a counter-bid? | moise
19/7/2014 16:42 | Hi Sheyac, Just seen your post/question. The forms 8.3 and 8.5 are disclosure notices, required under the City Code, when a firm is in an offer period. Form 8.3 must be completed by anyone holding over 1% of the shares, whenever they deal. Form 8.5 must be submitted by any market makers to record their dealings. The short interests will generally relate to merger arbitrage activities or to MMs balancing their books against corresponding long interests. The objective is to minimise risk by those entities. It's perfectly normal when a firm is under offer and nothing to be concerned about. HTH, Mark, on behalf of ShareSoc, Twitter @ShareSocUK - we're here to help! | sharesoc
09/7/2014 09:55 | Guys can anyone explain what all these 8.3 and 8.5 forms are about? Some of them have lots of short positions at 927p? | sheyac

02/7/2014 12:22 | Thanks Whizzy1, sounds like it was a fantastic night. I didn't realise there was a 4th edition out, there doesn't seem to be a mention on his website. I've been to his seminar twice and I agree he is a top bloke and by the sounds of all those prizes a bloody generous one too :) | g2am
01/7/2014 16:30 | Off Topic G2: Party. Yep, just reading NT4 in the bath. As we were leaving the boat party, he gave us a gift bag with a few Naked Trader things inside, including his new book, oh and a cuppa, bacon butty or hotdog for the walk back to Putney tube station! Me & my Mrs had a brilliant time and went back to the hotel fairly drunk & very happy, I can't believe how generous he was (I can now) handing out, bundles of £50 notes to 'the worst dancer' 'the best dancer' musical chairs winner another £200, he said if anyone can name the tunes he'd give them £200, he did a quiz for another £200, then asked the last place lady to stand up and gave her £200 too in a decider, he felt sorry for the 2nd place guy in musical chairs so gave him £100! I helped a couple with some answers to a music quiz which they went onto win, she came back and handed me £100 cash for my help and said 'it's ok, we've won £300 anyway' Free bar, free champagne handed out and topped up, later he said 'the buffets open downstairs everyone' buffet? Steak, salmon, roasties, etc. I feel very lucky to have been invited and met some other lovely people, most were his friends and a few people from seminars who seemed to have stood out, dress code was 'if you wear a tie you won't be allowed on' ha ha, like I said, a very generous man Mr Burns. | whizzy1
01/7/2014 10:22 | Whizzy1 - gutted to hear about the Naked Trader party, I just moved to London too. Wish I'd known! Yeah he's a top bloke, and really friendly. I take it from your post he is releasing a 4th Edition then? | g2am

30/6/2014 08:17 | Interesting little bubble up in the share price first thing this morning. Nice interview here - but it serves to advertise the savings possible for any predator for KENZ. With the deal not complete yet will anyone else step up to the plate? | rivaldo
