Difficult to be precise, but the consensus on this board is circa £2.

:-) yeah :-(

Long story, followed Weiss in sold a few at a 20% loss and tendered a few at a 64% profit (not enough to cover the loss though) and now hold a few.

Newton Invstment Management in too, as you know tracking all their holdings on the WAM thread.

You in too?

All they go up is The Creek - and a paddle is still being sought.

Ouch indeed.

If it falls below £1 I'll be topping up again.

Think your NAV figures are way out. On a like for like basis they are down 14.8m. That equates to 43p reduction. Add to that the 10p returned earlier in the year. In addition they have made losses on the disposals this year. I reckon NAV is circa 185p.

if i have worked it out correctly the nav is still around 230/40 so personally i think the recent move south has reflected this , with a great income stream i dont see why we anywhere near this price, even if the value fall another 5% would give us a nav around 2 quid , and 10% 175 , i think ???

Valuation fall pretty sharp. Looks like further distributions may be a way off given that gearing is now above the cash sweep level. Shares surprisingly haven't reacted so far. Think they may fall away in due course.

thats my thoughts , sell off anything that we can get nav for ,( ie german and maybe france if lucky ) and keep the rest great tenants , okay countries in the @@@@ but income streams great , and if the Eu dint let greece go i doubt they will let spain go ????

Funny, I was thinking just the same thing, no point in trying to give away properties where the rents are generating a pe of c 9!

I see they've finally completed the sale of the Celle property in Germany at a small premium to what it was valued at on 31 December: €9.8 million as opposed to €9.4 million.

If they carry on doing this then the share price should start to converge with NAV per share and we'll go above £2.
