"The total funding requirement for both Phase 1 and the settlement of the existing 2017 loan facility is some R700 million ($50 million). The Term Loan will satisfy R245 million ($17.5 million) of this, leaving a residual equity requirement of R455 million ($32.5 million). MC Mining anticipates that an equity raise to secure the residual equity requirement will be completed in due course enabling construction activities to commence later in Q3 CY2019."

$32.5m is nearly half the current mcap. So now it gets interesting:

Can they place it at a premium? (Best case as it will demonstrate belief in the potential and a susbequent shareprice rerate may be rather swift)

Or will it be at a discount? (The extent of the discount would reflect the extent of the perceived risk. It could also mean an overhang might cause a drag on the shareprice going forward if the shares are held by loose hands, so could limit upside or at least speed of any rerate)

there is negligible volume being traded , the spread has contrary to expectations widened , SENS/RNS seems to be furthest from the boards mind , zero increase in investor interest , whats going on here .....shafted , built up for further dilution or does the management have a definitive plan of action

Like you 2bozmo, I also picked up a small lot on Tuesday for trading at 32.00p (trade not showing), but sold them today mid-afternoon at 36.00p (12.5% profit in 4 days). I have now made just over £4000 by doing this over the past couple of years whilst still keeping my core holding of 500K.

lets hope before end of the year carrys some weight , surely the board would have been aware that the investors would not be falling over themselves to get in based only on re branding and a reduction in the shares issued ..... wheres the catalyst Mr Brown ?

I was the only private investor at the AGM and had the opportunity to spend 30 minutes with David Brown at the end of proceedings. Hopefully we'll have some positive news by the end of the year. A lot was said to me in confidence and don't want to break that trust, but this is a gift at these levels, everything very positive (particularly Uitkomst) and going very well. I've met David on a number of occasions prior to this and this was the most optimistic and positive I've seen him.

Unfortunately the drop is what you get post consolidation. From what I've seen over the years it always happens. After all we are only gamblers and of no consequence to the guys raking in their salaries.

Ok, so that explains the name Motivcom, but the drop of 30%?

What have I missed or am missing here, when we were suspended for the second time we were in a range of 44-46, we have come back at 33-34 range under a name that bears no resemblance to MC Mining (Motivcom), what gives?

Forgot to mention - YES, a happy Christmas to you also Mr Brown !!

Well and truly shafted... in mining terms!

Thanks David Brown. Your efforts have been truly dismally spectacular for all holders.

I see on the LSE Board that the shares are now trading at 34p / 36p which would have been 1.7p / 1.8p at the old price. The valuation of our shares is proceeding as most said (including myself) in a southerly direction already !!
