19/4/2024 20:47 | Thanks ant nice update | the_isolator
19/4/2024 19:55 | Seems things never really change. We kicking the can down the road again. Preverbial over sellers and under deliverers. Its "jam tomorrow" Metals having a bit of a run, Jubes going the other way. Well at least Undies Choir have been hard at work, with their regular ramping campaign. Providing us the opportunity to trade a few, while the paint dries. | aceshi
19/4/2024 17:10 | Thanks for that update 21ant. It's good to know that Mark Slater is encouraged and on board, particularly as he will be a lot closer to the company management than us PI's. The comment about more prospective deals with little upfront costs to JLP is good to hear too. | philby1
19/4/2024 17:03 | We’re still suffering from the failure to deliver in various RNSs! Track record is definitely not on track! | goingforarun
19/4/2024 16:02 | Well Tom Winnifreth seems more upbeat on JLP today after speaking to Mark Slater. Mark said it was a minor slip in production of PGM's/Copper and mostly factored in. Forecast from house broker not changed and therefore shouldn't be seen as a setback. Mark very encouraged by deals being made (I assume the 2 in the RNS) with plenty more to come. Great way to improve net cash position as little upfront costs but taking a share of profits as in the IRH deal. Not totally clear but anyway - he's a happy man (Mark) Tom says the shares are incredibly cheap but then we know that don't we... And Copper just hit $9900 | 21ant
19/4/2024 15:16 | Your probably right ade,even before then | the_isolator
19/4/2024 13:25 | isolator. indubitably. and prob before a matter of time :-) | adejuk
19/4/2024 13:07 | We know it's just a matter of time before we finally rise back into the teens | the_isolator
19/4/2024 12:48 | I think 6.8p is a key number Pshevlin. Lots of volume at that price point. I vaguely remember the same on the way up the other week. Clear those out and we can rise again | 21ant
19/4/2024 12:46 | Sb , the detailed resource analysis is still wip as at yesterday's update. The deal may be "done" but I wouldn't describe it as complete. | wet your knot
19/4/2024 12:40 | Seems like the mms don't agree with you ant. | pshevlin
19/4/2024 11:54 | Well done Lucky. I'd buy more if I had the money. Mind you I have a fair few already... Lets have a lucky Friday afternoon | 21ant
19/4/2024 11:16 | Couldnt help myself bought another chunk just now at 6.8p I think the price is following platinum price whilst copper going gangbusters | luckykids
19/4/2024 10:13 | copper about to hit yearly highs again really does make JLP a prime company to go ballistic over next few weeks once component gets finally delivered from lse "I make it about 375 million dollars (gross) before cost of production etc. (on 25k tons)" gl | stockhunters
19/4/2024 09:50 | WYK: "Are IRH holding out a huge incentive to JLP who are very keen to get a deal completed with IRH?" The deal is DONE. From the WHI update yesterday: "That said, in the quarter Jubilee inked the contract with IRH (Abu Dhabi based) to develop the ‘waste rock’ project. This ground-breaking project should see the JV (30% Jubilee) process 2.4Mt/yr to produce ~20kt of copper within 2 years from four modules processing a part of the 260Mt of copper-bearing material at surface identified. A resource drilling program will define fully the parameters of the plants and their optimal location." Do you really think the Chairman, CFO and CEO would have gone ahead and unvested so much time, resource and capital if it wasn't always a formality? | sb
19/4/2024 09:32 | Thanks froggers. I think Leon might have got that message as well with the speed they are collecting the minnows. | pshevlin
19/4/2024 09:14 | Good shout that Shevvers | frogkid
19/4/2024 09:01 | I think JLP should be concentrating on getting their own deals done with small miners to show their independence from IRH. | pshevlin
19/4/2024 08:30 | Looks like IRH could do with employing someone in PR! hxxps://irh.ae/news- | wet your knot
19/4/2024 08:28 | For JLP it would be interesting to know how the relationship with IRH is positioned. Are IRH holding out a huge incentive to JLP who are very keen to get a deal completed with IRH? Or are IRH looking like they are desperate to get into as many deals as possible and have cash on the hip? | wet your knot
19/4/2024 08:16 | IRH are getting very busy in Zambia! UAE giant eyes majority stake in Vedanta's Zambian mines in expansion drive | philby1
19/4/2024 07:53 | copper spiked but pulled back a bit overnight | stockhunters
19/4/2024 07:27 | Anyhow, a bit of a pull back and RIO divi sitting the account today ;) | wet your knot
19/4/2024 07:27 | I was looking at a piece of kit at work this week and the transponder on it said "Made in South Africa". I said to my colleague that it made a nice change to "Made in China". I wonder if some of these frustrations around ordering parts might (should?) lead to better decision making in the future? | wet your knot |
