Statement re Cancellation of Admission to AIM




London, 25 November 2009


The Board of Medic Vision announces that it intends to cancel the admission of
its ordinary shares to trading on the AIM market ("AIM") of the London Stock
Exchange plc (the "Cancellation").


Medic Vision listed on the official list of the Australian Securities Exchange
(the "ASX") on 29 May 2002. It subsequently obtained a dual listing on AIM on 16
November 2005.


Given the recent trading and share price performance of the Company, the Board
has recently undertaken a review of the benefits and disadvantages of the
Company maintaining a dual listing on AIM, recognising, inter alia, the
following key factors:


* the costs associated with maintaining the AIM listing and commensurate public
profile; and
* the additional management time, legal and regulatory burdens associated with
maintaining the dual listing on AIM.



Having undertaken this review and in light of the factors set out above, the
Board has concluded that it is no longer in the best interests of the Company,
or its shareholders taken as a whole, to maintain a dual listing on AIM.


In accordance with Rule 41 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company hereby
gives notice that the Cancellation is expected to become effective at 7.00 a.m.
(UK time) on 24 December 2009, being 20 business days from the date hereof. The
Company intends to maintain its listing on the ASX following the
Cancellation, providing shareholders with a comparable dealing facility via an
AIM designated market.


In light of the Cancellation, the appointment of Strand Hanson Limited and
Astaire Group Plc, as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker respectively,
will be terminated with effect from the date of Cancellation.

Trading Update is optimistic ....:
"The activities carried out in the quarter ending December 31 2007 have placed
the Company in a very positive footing for 2008. There are further projects in
China, Europe and India that are currently in negotiation stage and will
materialise throughout 2008 to make it a very positive year."

So, all resolutions put to the members for approval at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today were approved. But unfortunately, due to an administrative error the Company will be convening a further general meeting in the new year to take care of a couple of resolutions that were missed of agenda.....

imtk hyped ..... yes, indeed, it's safe to say that.... but if profits had been announced at interims the 'promotion' would have gone for a while longer than it being a three day wonder....

as regards MVH, look forward to any progress announcements ......

sp down(11.5%)yesterday in aussieland after the 29% rise previous day,bounced back up today (16%),looks like share price has bottomed out and tide has turned.

It was imtk I was on about being hyped, see posts on 12th November.When results published on 14th share price dropped 30%.

ITMK is in a niche market and seem to be involved with some major companies. but market is presently punishing micro caps that aren't turning in a profit..... ITMK dipped to oversold but then that attracted the hype element as they spotted it in the 'largest fallers' list. Therefore it made a 'temorary' recover with all the hype. Should rise again but that dependent on profits which might be a while away yet.

Anyway, back to MVH... after that second buy today then price as moved to 6 / 7.5p...

noticed 100k buy here @ 8:15.
Good one with imtk,as it dropped nearly 30% after results.Always the same with these hyped shares,best to get out when you're in profit if uncertain which way share price will go.

.. and a few minutes after my last post then someone dived in for 100k shares - so that did move offer price up.... I'll watch this today with interest as someone else just dived in for 71k....

preume there must be a rumour circulating over there...... unfortnately no effect on share price here so presume any rumour hasn't reached MM's in UK !

myamay16 - got out of IMTK before results - hype and expectations were too high - will leave it on my watchlist though for the future...

Having had a look at this, I presume the share price is down just due to general sentiment in smaller companies that are yet to move in to profit. If the contrats do come through then I presume most of the income will go straight to the bottom line. Therefore a realistic chance of moving in to profit fairly soon if orders do come through?

good luck with PYC.... not tempting fate by reinvesting recent profits.... had a good week (last week) with TER and TMP. Now sitting it out this week with BRM (as various funds buying in to that and it seems a little oversold) - and ITMK of course.

Good on you,looking at charts you could be onto a double or maybe triple bagger with this.Also someone mentioned results due end of week,if these good could go higher still.
Also noticed motivetv on PYC,this started to move north slowly,hope it keeps going,(this is one of mine, bought in at 0.06 2 months ago,as above, results due soon. also contract with Eli Lilly, and Billam AG buying in big time at 0.06)So as with MVH waiting for this to go north.
