Now trades under epic GPE, added a few this afternoon.

CLI clearly shows the death of the office is overstated and they are
grade A London space.

hindsight given the tension between employees desire to embrace wfh and employers seemingly accepting that hybrid working is here to stay it doesn't appear to be deterring leasing levels for GPE and others. Neither does the more volatile economic outlook.

Personally as a mature employee!! I would certainly never have made the progress I did without all the interaction and networking that face to face gave me and I'm firmly of the view that you can't wfh effectively unless you've had that grounding. For sure there are office based roles that can be done from home and maybe the risk lies more in back office space than glamorous BREAM A London offices after all and I've missed the boat on these and the likes of DLN.

Leasing news above ERV, seems London demand for quality ok, not clear on the rest

hindsight, thanks for the view.

Tempted to buy a few back but will wait, sold out on results at an average of £7.49.

Running fast just to stay still in this market over the last week or so.

all the big propcos have had reasonable updates this week but profit has largely been driven by increase in valuations and more so in GPE. At the operating cash level it doesn't cover its divi which is already a puny yield, even the likes of LMP payout more despite the huge run up in their share price Not one for me even at 700p.

EI, reads ok, but for me, need see near 700p for any add. The jury is still out on office. Think I prefer CLI but very much dislike the 40% LTV there or WKP when it has its regular wobbles.

Article 16 possible threat.

Certainly reads well but with such a lousy yield its not one for me but its useful pointer to how the wider market is performing.

Boohoo brought a west end office, think says what they think. But the office will clearly have to be a place where staff want to go to combined with wfh.

Certainly reads well and suggest the death of the office is not a big issue for there tenants with good level of lettings at or around current ERV.

Trading update today appears good. But not read enough yet to know how much wallpapering they normally do do in reports and covid variants an issue for all.

Researched again today and brought few @ 678. Main reason is low LTV as it was before. And, but they all say this, think pro active repurposing office landlords will fair better as tenant companies become more selective in a larger void market

EI last time I looked at these , I decided instead on bcpt but that gap closed. Like the low LTV but small discount due to ongoing development potential and quality I guess

KKR announcement seems like the explanation. Had these on my watchlist for a while but more for interest than anything else. So hard to know where the bottom is with these commercial property companies.

BLND and LAND also up today - but not by 12%.

Just oversold?? Even so and allowing for a plus day a 12% rise seems surprising....
