Will this help share holders?
Where is the "justice" for the share holders in IGH?

IGH RNSs to the market confirm that the directors and Nomad have been negligent.

Thanks A A, appreciated!

To clarify, any mention of class actions/wrongful acts is in no relation to IGH, but is a general discussion regarding listed companies in administration.

The problems with shareholder action groups, class actions and so on are:
1. Raising the necessary cash from people who have already lost money. Some who shout loudest will be slowest to put their hands in their pockets.
2. The difficulty of showing anything actionable has taken place, unless the directors have been really crass.
3. Linked to 2, the danger of losing any action and then having to pay the defendants' costs.

I should say I know nothing whatever of Interactive Gaming and have no reason to believe there has been anything wrong here.

Jennings should also be coming to the recuse of a few more shareholders too. Where do we fit into this IGH is still trading based on our invested money?

Interactive Gaming Holdings (IGH) has sold its Heathorns business to Jennings for an undisclosed sum, according to the Daily Telegraph city diary. The paper reports that Jennings has effectively come to the rescue of "several thousand" embattled Heathorns customers who had spent the best part of the summer attempting to get their money out of the now de-listed IGH. However, the report adds that the other "battered brands" of Premier Bet and Heathorns' VIP service are not included in the deal. "But when I call the administrators and IGH chairman, Tom Taule, for an update, it's back to the form book. They fail to call back (again)."

Just spoken to a chap @ Arbuthnot Securities abouts their ex client IGH. No surprise but he has heard a rumour that administrators have been brought in.

What is happening with IGH website. If I click on any of the links it takes me to a completely new search engine.

I take it that is the hosting company changing the location of links due to the non-payment of fees by IGH.

I still struggle to believe that we have been mugged and no-one cares - these guys should be in court for this.
