09/12/2019 18:01 | Anyone still in these ? | jimbob17
03/5/2018 17:25 | Come On Ronan . A little news goes a long way . Best of All | bbr391
25/11/2017 07:15 | One hopes for a figure of above 20p when Mr Kenny & The Managers pay their dues . Ronan has plenty of skin in the game here . Best of Luck All | bbr391
11/12/2016 10:49 | Looks like another c. E5c/share to come early next year FYI. Could be worse... www.metrobaltichoriz | eezymunny
07/11/2015 17:17 | Received the AR in the post today. They reckon court case early to mid 2016. Confident etc. Just FYI. | eezymunny
25/9/2014 10:22 | I agree Jimbo. I think it's a bit of a gaffe by the company. | eezymunny
25/9/2014 08:37 | Have just read the circular and offer document. This seems to be badly set up if I am understanding it correctly ? For my shares held outside an ISA, I either have to sell my shares at 20p or get taxed on an income dividend at 19 p. Surely the shares are worth well in excess of 1p after the dividend is paid ? | jimbob17
25/6/2014 17:09 | 560k buys , Follow the money men . Good luck | bbr391
29/3/2014 09:30 | I agree bbr. Current directors seem to have done well. Tough decisions to fend off low ball bids and pursue former directors and advisors. I had my doubts as to whether anything would ever be returned. Still doubts of course until the money is paid over but current board, thankfully, doing the right things it seems. | eezymunny
29/3/2014 08:44 | As expected , The fight for return of cash and asset values continues. Congratulations Ronan , Barnaby and the team on a huge performance , thus far . More to come in July . gla The Met | bbr391
28/3/2014 21:38 | This was brilliant news. | 5310carraroe
28/3/2014 11:10 | Great result. I reckon in the region of £7m available for distribution to shareholders if the former directors cough this money up, which best guess says they will (but who knows, they may not have the money?). That's 27p/share. And then if "former advisors" settle too, perhaps much more. Had these already and have bought everything available up to 21p today as had c. 19p cash per share even before this. Risk reward looks awfully good even at 21p to me but nothing certain til this settlement paid and distributed. | eezymunny
28/3/2014 10:44 | Done a respectable 27% off to the next sav. Good luck all | mr multi bag
03/11/2013 22:02 | Not entirely unexpected . When will the jump to ecstasy come ? Who knows . But , It will come . Good luck all on the Metro | bbr391
23/9/2013 16:51 | Interestingly , This time the movement was not as acerbated as in april . One expects a steady rise up to actual cash value to be achieved within the next few months . De-listing is not an issue ,it just may occur to save on our Capital Gains Tax . gla concerned @ The Met | bbr391
19/8/2013 17:15 | Interesting , Someone has the hoover out for 10p shares . I wonder why ? Showaddywaddy . Gla @ The Met | bbr391
11/7/2013 16:51 | The only panic is in your mind. Delisting is not an issue , except for those unlucky enough not to hold. I re-iterate ,this share is under cash value and has a court case ta boot. Do not miss out. The last spike took us to 23.81p, Higher expected ,next time. gla concerned @ The Met | bbr391
01/7/2013 08:39 | What a result, people are buying so you can get out of a soon to be delisted stock, some people have all the luck. | 29howard
28/6/2013 22:36 | Bbr I just don't get your logic mate?I am a holder and actually thought the RNS was a very good read until the delist was mentioned and quite frankly there was absolutely no need to mention it at this stage before the litigation has even been concluded!I think there may well be a panic sell off but maintain this is now all about the decision of the courts and if its successful it will be a big pay day for SH,and the positivity in the RNS today sounds like they are more than confident in this being a good outcome, but honestly as much as I'd like you to be right, just don't see a rush to buy in yet after today's statement of intent to delist. If they do drop I will buy another 20k shares as I had already decided this before today's news and nothing has changed my mind about that. All in all a bitter sweet RNS but lots to still play for. | 27macca
28/6/2013 22:25 | Happy Mondays , Will be a humdinger , 35/36p overall target seems reasonable ,after expenses and courtroom dramas. Post the RNS , we should assume 15.1p as a given ,perhaps more.As Mr M will like to impale a few on the spike. gla concerned | bbr391
28/6/2013 21:32 | whatever ! The only facts worth noting are what drives a price up or now and in this case the planned delisting will slaughter the shareprice, topinfo can give you guidance, he pretended to hold VSA when it delisted along with a bucketful of other stocks he has pumped over time. | 29howard
28/6/2013 21:30 | Wonder if someone is a bit sore tonight due to their terrible call in BAO?! Going down like quicksand! How's PAA doing also?!You know those that you post on 24/7 but don't own!!!!!!!!!!!!! | 27macca
28/6/2013 21:17 | Or this bit, imagine what getting 32M euros would do for the SP?!!Our litigation against the Company's previous board and advisers commenced last October with a claim against four groups of defendants in the amount of EUR26.6m and a counter claim by the Company against its former auditors Ernst and Young in the amount of approximately EUR6m. The Board believes there may potentially be substantial value recovered from this litigation. Such litigation can however be costly and there is no guarantee of success but, having regard to the issues described above and pursuant to legal advice, the Board believes that such litigation should be pursued. I believe that the steps taken by your Board are in the best interests of the Company and your Board is resolved to maximise the remaining value in the Company and to seek restitution for losses wherever possible and from those responsible. They can gladly delist then as far as I'm concerned, and we are looking at multiples of the current share price But people will take what bits they want from the RNS to suit ehh?!Cash of 6M euros will last long enough to see this litigation through. | 27macca |
