21/5/2014 19:59 | The 2013 Annual Report is quite refreshing for a change. Directors & Auditors seem to be paying themselves handsomely. | russman
28/1/2010 07:28 | just in case any shareholders weren;t going to accept the tender....lets just finish them off with a profit warning. | markie7
28/1/2010 07:06 | Trading Update This article pleases me. | n0rbie
22/1/2010 21:45 | My understanding is that they have sufficient votes in the bag to carry the decision through. | rcturner2
20/1/2010 00:24 | n0rbie - Thanks for that, I think it's a strange way round to do things, but I've also been armed with inadequate info. I'm also a DGO holder, and take heart that despite initial pessimism on PI's part there, management were outvoted from giving the company away, and I'm still a holder. | skip10
19/1/2010 21:56 | Forgone conclusion that the agm vote will go through. | battlebus
19/1/2010 21:16 | skip10 - Accept the tender offer, if it's not voted through at the AGM then your shares will not be bought through it. | n0rbie
19/1/2010 16:17 | I have had a letter from my broker (Hargreaves L.) saying I have either got to tender my shares for 12p before 1st Feb or do nothing and be stuck with them, possibly weeping until Doomsday, if PIXL leaves AIM. The meeting is on the 4th of Feb. So I may sell my shares and then the motion be defeated anyway? There appears no mechanism whereby I can wait and see whether I need to sell them back now or not? I would hold them if the motion was defeated and sell them if it was carried. Can any knowledgeable people out there educate me on the whys and wherefores of this? I suppose I could always buy them back again if the motion were defeated, but it would be interesting and annoying if the kerfuffle pushed the share price up. Many thanks! Skip10 | skip10
19/1/2010 07:28 | I have actually sold my other AIM shares as well. I have had it with AIM. I suggest if people want to complain then they should complain to the LSE and AIM, because the powers that be are aware that AIM is not working. I believe that last year more companies left AIM than joined. | rcturner2
15/1/2010 18:55 | Will follow you norbie and have written a letter too point out my disgust and the exit price. | battlebus
13/1/2010 08:40 | qs9 is dead right. This sort of thing is one of the reasons that institutions are staying away from AIM, you never know when management are going to pull a stunt like this. I'll be holding, in my view the stake was illiquid anyway until a proper exit, which this isn't. | markie7
13/1/2010 08:09 | definitely directors taking company on the cheap me thinks, how AIM rules allow this who knows especially with cash and stated reason for leaving aim is being undervalued! Why don't they seek a buyer at a premium then or use cash to buy back shares to boost price? ALl very sniffy IMO | qs9
12/1/2010 23:42 | hoodless brennan note- Pixel Interactive (PIXL, 12.5p, £4.83m) has announced the intention to delist from AIM and tender for the repurchase of a maximum of 15.4m shares at 12p. Delisting triggers an automatic SELL recommendation. | battlebus
12/1/2010 20:02 | 11p target price for this LOL | derekhess
12/1/2010 18:34 | no chance of declining the offer, directors hold the majority of the shares here | duncan hammatyme
12/1/2010 17:05 | I hold 500 shares in cert form that i kept as profit and will hold them as who knows what value this company will have in 5 years time. From what i read they are still viable but maybe hard to trade. Won't let them go at 12p especially as they state themselves the reason for leaving is the aim undervaluing them. | battlebus
12/1/2010 16:15 | And do what with them? It would be almost impossible to sell them when they're a private company in Asia. | n0rbie
12/1/2010 13:00 | HOLD ONTO YOUR SHARES. | battlebus
12/1/2010 12:54 | Its unbelievable. They are effectively cancelling shares with cash inside the company at an share price that reflects a market cap below the net cash. Talk about stealing the company. | rcturner2
12/1/2010 08:23 | So a tender offer to exit AIM. Brilliant. | rcturner2 |
