yeah, i've noticed !!! you seem to be on most threads I check out.

I've only just started to look at this company about half hour ago and must admit that it was the large drop that made me have a look.

The drop has a reason behind it but it seems that the company are constantly returning funds to the shareholders - don't get it, whats the point

I set up lots of threads for further research. As you say, today's fall is down to the special divi.

Has this just come onto your radar because of todays drop ? Whats caused todays drop anyway ? Looks like it's down to the special dividend @ 80p p/s

Company is tendering to buy back at asset value, I assume to narrow the discount a bit.

They are trading over a pound below NAV so there must be at least 50p upside in them
