25/6/2020 23:15 | Jason J, can you rub that crystal ball harder ;-) Per the terms of this sales process it was stated within 14 days of scheme approval date which was 16 June. I haven't seen any specific date anywhere, so we have until 30 June latest as I see it. In hindsight it may have been better move for many of us to sell at circa 10% discount in last few months and invest that cash elsewhere with the opportunities that were created die to covid. Oh well. | 1happyinvestor
24/6/2020 00:20 | rubbed the Crystal Ball again last nite....still says june 25, dependent on individual clearing times... | jason_j

28/5/2020 18:58 | 28/05/2020 4:18pm RNS Number : 2700O NOTICE OF COURT HEARING Further to IndigoVision's announcements on 14 April 2020 and 11 May 2020, the boards of IndigoVision and Bidco are pleased to announce that the Court Hearing has been scheduled for 12 June 2020. An updated expected timetable of principal events is set out below. Expected Timetable of Principal Events The following indicative timetable sets out the expected dates for implementation of the Scheme. The following dates and times associated with the Scheme may be subject to further change. IndigoVision will give adequate notice of any further updates or changes to these dates and times, when known, by issuing a further announcement through a Regulatory Information Service. See also note (1) below. Court Hearing 9.00 a.m. on 12 June 2020 (2) Grant of Court Order 12 June 2020 Last day of dealings in, and for 15 June 2020 registration of transfers of, IndigoVision Shares Disablement in CREST of IndigoVision 6.00 p.m. on 15 June 2020 Shares Scheme Record Time 6.00 p.m. on 15 June 2020 Suspension of trading in IndigoVision 7.30 a.m. on 16 June 2020 Shares on AIM Effective Date of the Scheme 16 June 2020 (3) Cancellation of the admission 7.00 a.m. on 17 June 2020 to trading of IndigoVision Shares on AIM Despatch of cheques and crediting within 14 days of the Effective of CREST accounts for the cash Date consideration due under the Scheme Long Stop Date 31 August 2020 (4) | exotic
14/5/2020 10:05 | Read the RNS: "These dates will depend, among other things, on the date on which the Court sanctions the Scheme. A further announcement will be made in the event that any of these dates change". Normally getting a date from the Chancery Division of the High Court is routine but these are not normal times. Also read the RNS for the timetable because even if suspension date is 15/6 you won't get your payment then anyway: Court Hearing (to sanction the Scheme) D Last day of dealings in, and for registration of transfers of, and disablement in CREST of, IndigoVision Shares D+1 Scheme Record Time 6.00 p.m. on D+1 Suspension of trading of IndigoVision Shares on AIM close of business on D+1 Effective Date of the Scheme D+2 Cancellation of admission of IndigoVision Shares to trading on AIM 7.00 a.m. on D+3 Dispatch of cheques and crediting of CREST stock accounts for the Cash Consideration due under the Scheme No later than D+16 | sharw
13/5/2020 14:16 | so is the payment definitely the 15th June - or is nothing for certain yet? | lothar7
12/5/2020 17:15 | I think it is just further process I was personally not aware of in such proceedings. | happytimes77
12/5/2020 15:55 | Happytimes77 Do you think that the delay is down to the virus | welsheagle
11/5/2020 16:15 | Having had a quick read of result of today's court meeting it would appear we have some time yet to wait on shares payments. Trading until 15 June before suspension of shares and "long" date until 31 August (though I know less of this dates impact if any). I assume no earlier than end of June now for payment!? | happytimes77
06/5/2020 15:27 | Welsheagle thank you for clarification. Certainly help my month end cash balance then. | happytimes77
06/5/2020 15:14 | Happytimes77 - Pay date within 16 days of 11th May. | welsheagle
06/5/2020 13:03 | Assuming the expected % is reached to agree to sale at meeting (on 11th!?), when can shareholders expect payment for shares held? Yes, mixed emotions as it's been a very long hold and those heady days of c.£10 still linger as missed opportunity. However, considering the last number of years then on balance feels pretty decent to be able to get out at £4.05 | happytimes77
14/4/2020 22:21 | Late news release 'IndigoVision Group PLC Posting of Scheme Document' For those who had doubts, looks like it's still going ahead. | exotic
07/4/2020 17:05 | So a number of countries are making use of monitoring in the crackdown against COVID-19 particularly in attempts to prevent secondary infection. That is quite likely to continue even after COVID-19 so there are better chances of dealing with any possible similar events going forward. That would suggest to me that technology and expertise like that of IND could be valuable going forward. Or is IND now so far behind the curve that they are largely irrelevant? Views? | glavey
21/3/2020 14:17 | Jason J - I've sent you a private message. | hop53ton
21/3/2020 03:10 | SRSM, 20 Mar '20 - 11:23 - 4092 My point entirely. Jason, Suggest you might look: | glavey |
