I think we should all get together and send above info from Ton and all we can get together and make an official complaint to the fraud squad. They are obliged to look into any serious complaint and I think we have enough to really rattle this creeps cage.

Does anyone ahve any phone number to ring as I think we should keep up pressure to do something, the when we have all info I think we should get onto birmingham post again to let them look further into it all. Also we should get a group complaint together to get as much problem for the board as we possibly can or they will go on to suck in other investors possibly.

Yes, just recently pranchalee, his final comment was along the lines of still in the process of investigating whether there are any actions that may be taken by them which may lead to further recoveries for the benefit of the administration. They dont give much away though but maybe someone told them about the KHV vaccine that ( without us ) should still be ongoing and had or still presumably has considerable value. Unless of course those at HML just made it all up which wouldnt surprise me now.

same here bill...and dont worry on sar, when the licensing deal is announced, as it will be, this will rise a lot more than just 3 fold, just dont sell too early

Nightmare this Vowed never to invest in Bios again but lucky me SAR are starting to recoup my losses If they would just rise 3 fold from here & I will smile again. Dam HML & all who sail in her. Bl00dy schisters those directors. I will never forget that experience. Still I had oppos to get out at stages but didn't take them Lesson learnt.

Looks like the administrators are still looking into things - but whether they are just saying that to keep everyone happy and cover themselves, time will tell.

Spoke via email to the originator also looking for a bit of assistance in how to recover my losses / does he know anyone legally etc who might help but he was not forthcoming and basically agreed with anything I said about these dreadful individuals. So wasnt helped there at all. I wonder why? Also told to write my losses off but we shall see.
