FLURY OF ACTIVITY AT TOAD

Reasons to take the plunge at TOA
1.-The market cap. Is just over £5.0mil. with sales of over £30mil., and managed to make pretax profits of 2.5mil last Year, before the problems came along.

2.-Last 1st Nov the company got a non-exec Chairman with a very good track
record Peter Ward, he would not join the company, unless there was a future.

3.-After a few days on the static side, it seems the volume and share price is
moving up, most likely the shares have seen the bottom.

22 Jul 04 Half Year results pretax profit of £0.745M, EPS 1.14p.
27 Sep 04 Co. expects its outcome for the year to be below current market forecasts.
04 Oct 04 Directors buy 80K @ 10.50p and 500K at 11p.
02 Feb 05 Toad Gr. to move listing to AIM; current trading in line latest
