Wraith plc Company Profile

Wraith (formerly Wraith Accommodation) rents and sells portable buildings in the UK for such uses as classrooms, offices, conference rooms, and restaurants. The company's other modular buildings include steel storage units, jackleg accommodation units, and bespoke units. It also offers desks, chairs, tables, and appliances for the buildings. Seashell Group merged its financial resources with Wraith Accommodation in March 2005 to form a new holding company, Wraith plc. The company was subsequently admitted to London's AIM exchange. Jonathan Wraith founded the firm in 1997.
