ALL STAR MINERALS PLC APPLICATION TO OFEX: 15/03/2006

The Directors of All Star Minerals Plc ("the Company") are pleased to announce
that the Company has applied for its ordinary shares to be admitted to trading
on the Ofex Market.

APPLICATION DETAILS

SECTOR CLASSIFICATION:Speciality and Other Finance

CORPORATE ADVISER: St Helen's Capital Plc

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: An Investment Vehicle which will invest in both
exploration and production projects focused on thorium.

EXPECTED DATE OF TRADING ON OFEX: 10/04/2006

All Star Minerals Plc has been formed to acquire exploration and production
projects in the mineral resources sector with particular focus on thorium and
associated elements. Thorium was first discovered in 1828 and has been
considered as a fuel source in nuclear reactors since nuclear energy emerged in
the 1950's. Thorium (represented on the periodic table by the symbol Th) makes
up around 0.0007% of the earth's crust making it approximately three times more
abundant than Uranium, its more radioactive counterpart.

The Directors have identified properties in Russia and Australia which they
believe to be prospective for mineable thorium deposits. Following Admission,
the Directors intend to pursue these and other opportunities with a view to
acquiring exploration and extraction acreage. In addition, should
opportunities present themselves, the Directors will give serious consideration
to the acquisition of producing thorium deposits in politically stable
territories. In the event that the Company has the opportunity to acquire a
producing thorium deposit, it is likely that further financing will be
required.

The Company is seeking to raise initial funding of up to GBP450,000 before
expenses via an Offer for Subscription of 22,500,000 new Ordinary shares at a
price of 2p per share. The proceeds of the Offer, which are expected to be
approximately GBP393,610 after expenses, will be used, in part, as working
capital and also for the operating costs of the Company in order to identify
and carry out due diligence on potential acquisitions and investments.

The Directors of the Company are:

the founding Managing Director of Cambridge Mineral Resources PLC, where he was

1999 to 2002. Both of these companies were floated on Ofex and then moved to
AIM. He is currently Executive Chairman of AIM listed Beowulf Mining Plc.
