Anyone able to offer an independent single pane of glass to the big spenders on ads can make money. a) Did they get what they paid for whilst meeting all their compliance needs? b) What was the consumer response? Did the ad hit the spot, by that I mean in terms of encouraging consumers to act in line with the intent of the ad. Close the loop on a) & b) to optimise the payback on every $ spent. If the EBQ share price doubled from the 37p at the time of the publication, to 74p, it would still be valued below the average on the whole. That is where it is heading as a staging post imho, dyor etc. One of those cases where highlighting an undervalued opportunity flags up something even more undervalued for those caring to engage brain. | p1nkfish | |

What may not be apparent, even if the consumer doesn't recover quickly, is the opportunity in the long-tail of smaller accounts that can be accessed that may have previously been unprofitable due to human cost. That might be an uplift. Adoption of AI should be overall beneficial to EBQ in terms of increased reach and margin. AI usage - "For external use, we will explore new client interface opportunities, productisation of first line account management, and providing greater value to the long tail of smaller clients without the cost of additional human input." | p1nkfish | |

12/3/2024 07:40 | TU, comforting to see net debt drop by £2.1M to £11.9M, from £15M mid 2023. 6 months to reduce debt around £1.9M and add £200K to cash balance. Manageable and sensible to work to reduce it further. Annual revenue growth, margin growth, all with a backdrop of a not very dynamic global economy tending towards slowing further. Revenue appears to have been slightly tilted to H1/23 and around flat H2/23 vs H1/23. Cost management will be critical if growth slows as will speeding up transformation to improve efficiency and exploiting Digital to enhance margins further. If they manage this period well they will be ready to shoot out of the traps when things turn and show what they are really capable of. A tricky time for most, straight ahead. | p1nkfish | |
