4th Jan : 1,136,365 shares placed at 22p.
24th March, Interims : The period under review has been the most rewarding in the Group's history in terms of successful product development and completion and we look forward to continued improvements during the months ahead.
19th April : 20 mill shares place at 15p
12th May : Corpora have completed two important sales during early May. Microsoft have purchased Corpora's Software Developer's Kit which will enable them to integrate Corpora's text analysis tools into other Microsoft software solutions. EDS have purchased a demonstration defence solution which employs Corpora's text analysis tools within a defence environment. Corpora have also completed installation of their search engine technology into the website of the Washington DC-based Knowledge Management Institute.
30th June : The company is pleased to announce three significant new deals.
3rd October : final results issued with revenues up by 287% and MD looking forward with considerable confidence to the future".
14th Nov : Guildford based Corpora Software, the experts in text analysis software, have been awarded a subcontract to support G&H International Services, Inc. (GHIS) as the Prime Contractor on efforts serving the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Science and Technology Directorate (S&T).
5th December : £3.95 million Acquisition of iOra Ltd. Some of this paid in shares at 20p per share.
15th Dec : £1.55 million Acquisition of Tokairo Limited. Corpora now have in excess of 350 active customers within the enlarged group, a seven-fold increase in three weeks.

Recent wins and work in progress include:

* Chevron (US): we are conducting a funded proof of concept to deploy
Application Acceleration software across Chevron's global SharePoint
deployment.

* BT Global Services: we have entered a partnership agreement with BT Global
Services to provide Enterprise Content Management services to the logistics
industry.

* US Navy: our existing deployment with the US Navy has seen several
extensions generating significant further revenues. The Application
Acceleration software is now deployed in mission critical applications
across a large proportion of the US Fleet. We are currently delivering a
seven figure extension of our involvement with the Navy in late 2006.

* PwC: we have generated ongoing revenues exceeding US$100,000 from the
global deployment of Application Acceleration within PwC.

* Shell: we have won a contract extension for the deployment of our software
on 40 ships owned by Shell Transport & Trading.

* Fuji: we have won a #100,000 contract to deploy our software onto 50 of
Yokohama-based Fuji's client ships, with ongoing discussions to embed it
within further Fuji client fleets.

* Univan: we have won a US$100,000 deal to deploy our software on 50 ships
managed by Hong Kong-based Univan.

* Toshiba: we have been selected as strategic partner to provide our
enterprise content management (ECM) 2-way connector through eCopy to Toshiba
clients. This will provide us with distribution both through the Toshiba
sales force and the Toshiba sales channel.

* Canon: we have been selected as an ECM supplier by Canon in the UK.

* TNT: we have won multiple projects within TNT to provide ECM solutions for
Proof of Delivery and Vehicle Mileage documentation.

* DHL: we have won projects totalling #400,000 with DHL to deploy ECM
solutions for Proof of Delivery management and HR documentation.

* Fujitsu Telcommunications: we are very pleased to have sold an ECM
solution into the Fujitsu finance department.

* Linklaters: we have won a #40,000 deal to install Application Acceleration
software across the firm's SharePoint deployment.

* Hummingbird: we have been appointed as a strategic partner to Hummingbird
with a view to integrating our text analytic tools into their proprietary
ECM solutions for specific vertical markets including local government and
legal.

* Microsoft: we have recently been appointed as a Microsoft Gold Partner and
we continue to work closely with the Independent Software Vendor team in the
UK and US to introduce our software to Microsoft clients.

* Centrex: we have won a #50,000 deal to deploy ECM software with the Centre
of Excellence for Global Police Forces.
