It’s quite stunning how voice/audio is taking over.
Even until quite recently people would be happy to buy a standard book. But when I meet people now it’s “When’s the audio book coming out?”
This is especially true just after my new one The Naked Trader’s Guide to Spreadbetting Edition 2 was published this year. While the book version sold well I kept getting asked about an audio version.
That isn’t out just yet. And if you want to know what I think about the Christmas rally and how to play it there is a whole chapter in it looking at the last 6 years of Christmas rallies.
People say they just don’t have time to read. They want to listen to a book on the move, while walking, in the car. Cooking at home.
The audiobook market really is expanding all the time. Same with podcasts. Another massive growth market and one I’ve decided to get involved in.
