EDF Agrees to Sell 49% of Slovak Company for EUR400 Million

By Inti Landauro PARIS--French state-controlled power utility Electricite de France SA (EDF.FR) said Tuesday it agreed to sell 49% of a Slovak electricity distributor to a Czech company for 400 million euros ($516 million).
