I did state as much in an earlier post when they said they were looking at other ways of funding to make sure the listing went ahead, however they would seem to have failed in that so I do not know where else they can go.

I would certainly love them to try again. And would much rather it be a active listed company,i got too many dud company's, and we have all lost a load of money if they can't kick start it. But i don't hold out much hope after Barclays letter.

Looks like it has not happened, the money i paid out for the new shares has come back into my barclays account, and the shares have gone.

EDIT Next day Got a letter from Barclays the company did not make the funding it wanted hence all our inital investments are sadly lost, as they cannot progress forward.

This is the last communication I received from my broker.
I will contact BWA today to get the latest information.

OPEN OFFER Following on from the previous Open Offer, total applications for 22,283,818 Ordinary Shares were received at a total subscription price of GBP 60,243.12.

This was less than the minimum subscription level required and the offer has accordingly now lapsed.

The company is now making a new offer to shareholders to apply for any number of Ordinary shares they wish.

The maximum number of Ordinary shares available in the new offer is 1,129,158,658 and in the event of oversubscription, applications may
be subject to possible scale back by the company.

Applications already made in respect of the earlier Open Offer will be valid for the New Offer.

If you would like to apply for any new shares (Please note this will be in addition to any previous application), or you wish to withdraw an application made under the earlier Open Offer please elect online where available or else notify us in writing by secure message or letter no later than 5pm on 5 June 2011, stating how many shares you wish to apply for or to withdraw.

The last lot of info I had they said they were looking at other ways to try and make sure it did not fail, also certain people have put money into this ,costs had to be paid to contact shareholders ext,so someboady will have lost exta cash if this does not float and I would not think they would want that.

Any one's guess at the moment O.D, as to the final senario???
Pherhaps they are waiting for all the offers to be sent in, then to cash up maybe ????

So presumably the extended funding, time (until 18th June) has failed to secure enough money?

And this is about to fold?

Unless the fault was with barclays, in which case the statement applies to them, and validates my decision to stop using them years ago, as they were without doubt the most useless bunch of incompetents I'd ever had the misfortune to encounter.

I don't know their plan either, it's totally true what you say.But if this leads us on a new path that gives us another chance to recoup our lost money imo only, it is a chance i am happy to invest in with a bit more cash of which i have done.

What is their plan? Do you trust them with your money? etc etc.

These are the things you have to ask, I ask myself and on current info I don't know and No, unfortunately are the answers.
