19/10/2015 09:06 | ZYT Zytronic continues its upward surge.... | market sniper1
19/10/2015 09:04 | I always thought spelt was a type of cereal crop lol. | rcturner2
19/10/2015 09:01 | This could supersceed the 10 year high if this spike holds. | shauney2
19/10/2015 09:01 | Problem now is the massive gap up on Thursday morning, that will have to be closed at some point, no point chasing these at the moment! | bookbroker
19/10/2015 08:57 | I prefer that they're "spelt" correctly :o)) I'll get my coat..... | rivaldo
19/10/2015 08:28 | I think it is one of those words that is more often spelled "wrong" than right, so much so that many dictionaries give both now, which annoys pedants like me. | rcturner2
19/10/2015 08:28 | Those of you who have been to the Eden project will know that both spellings are now obsolete. It is infact Super-seed | thorpematt
19/10/2015 08:13 | :o)) Quite right, but it's a common error so I excuse myself! | rivaldo
19/10/2015 08:04 | Thanks Rivaldo. BTW it's supersede ;-) | rcturner2
19/10/2015 07:28 | I posted latest forecasts on Friday morning, but these have been superceded as Arden have increased them! They're now: 2015 2016 Date Rec Pre-tax (£) EPS (p) DPS (p) Pre-tax (£) EPS (p) DPS (p) Arden Partners 16-10-15 BUY 4.52 24.37 11.00 5.00 26.94 12.00 N+1 Singer 15-10-15 CORP 4.30 23.00 11.00 4.50 24.10 12.10 I also only mention this as it's so laughable. ZYT got a plug from Malcolm Stacey on Friday on TW's web site - unfortunately he not only gets the name of the company wrong (or Zytrong), but miscalculates the P/E. The guy also got his sums wrong on IQE (another of my holdings), and seems incapable of quality in-depth analysis: Http ://www.shareprophets | rivaldo
16/10/2015 09:53 | Appreciate you sharing the latest broker estimates Rivaldo. Looking at the chart ZYT usually sees a retrace after a gap up after positive news, but often there have been two legs to the gap higher before a retrace, which still could be the case. I would still like to add to my holdings, so a retrace would be appreciated, I bet there are many others waiting to add, so expecting any dip to be bought quickly here. | interceptor2

16/10/2015 09:34 | Thanks for the information Rivaldo. I wonder if they have any plans to use the growing cash pile in any way. A special dividend down the line or maybe keep it as buffer in slow order periods. | shauney2
16/10/2015 09:20 | Thanks Rivaldo, the stock is very cheap. | market sniper1
16/10/2015 09:12 | Rivaldo - thanks. Quite a difference between the two with N+1 much more bullish on current financial year yet well behind Arden's estimates for 2016. | glaws2
16/10/2015 08:47 | The new broker forecasts are: 2015 2016 Date Rec Pre-tax (£) EPS (p) DPS (p) Pre-tax (£) EPS (p) DPS (p) Arden Partners 15-10-15 BUY 4.02 21.68 11.00 4.80 25.89 12.00 N+1 Singer 15-10-15 CORP 4.30 23.00 11.00 4.50 24.10 12.10 At 352p ZYT are now on a current year P/E of around 14. The 3.4% divi yield is pretty decent too. If you strip out the likely £9m cash pile - against a £54m m/cap - then (without doing the calculation precisely) the ex-cash P/E probably drops to only around 11 or 12. | rivaldo
16/10/2015 01:39 | Hope so Leona. | market sniper1
15/10/2015 22:44 | I bet you are wrong sniper 1, with a write up like that ,I can see further advancement tomarrow. | leona306a
15/10/2015 16:31 | Bet theres a pull back tomorrow though, always seems to be after a stonking day like today. Wont matter as the stock will then rise again and take out resistance in the very near term I reckon. | market sniper1
15/10/2015 16:26 | Excellent trading update and pleasing share price performance, ZYT are a quality company with a clean balance sheet, makes a nice change not to have to work out adjusted figures caused by exceptionals and then decide what are genuine one offs or exceptionals that will always be there. Singer are always conservative towards ZYT imo. Last year they were estimating EPS of 17.40p and ZYT achieved 19.60p, even then they they only increased 2015 estimates from 18.60p to 19.90p. I have been trying to build a decent position today. | interceptor2
15/10/2015 16:09 | Excellent performance today. And so....I suspect Singer have raised their PBT by the minimum amount, i.e just above 10%, still leaving room for further outperformance: "0917 GMT N+1 Singer lifts its Zytronic fiscal 2015 pretax profit estimate to GBP4.3M from GBP3.9M after the touch sensor products maker said profit for the year ended Sept. 30 will be materially ahead of market expectations. N+1 Singer is Zytronic’s broker and doesn’t have a recommendation or target price on the stock. Shares +11% at 336.5p. (jana.simmons@wsj.co | rivaldo

15/10/2015 14:49 | News & tips: Burberry, WH Smith, Zytronic & more Today's market overview Equities have started the day with a bounce as the chances of a US rate rise this year recede on weak economic data. See what The Trader Nicole Elliot thinks of the markets. IC TIP UPDATES: Arbuthnot Banking Group (ARBB) has enjoyed another strong trading period in the three months to September, during which assets rose through the £2bn barrier for the first time. In retail banking, the group’s significant holding in Secure Trust Bank (STB) has proved its worth with demand for both consumer products and small and medium enterprise lending proving strong, pushing lending balances through the £900m mark. In private banking, Arbuthnot has added more than 50 clients a week during the period. We maintain our buy rating (on ARBB shares). Touch screen technology specialist Zytronic (ZYT) has reported a continued improvement in revenues during the second half of its financial year which means that full year results will now exceed expectations. The shares were up 12 per cent in morning trading. Buy. | market sniper1 |
