The Alternative Investment Market is operated by the London Stock Exchange
but has less demanding rules than the Official List. AIM company shares
are high risk investments and may be difficult to buy and sell. You should
not buy AIM shares unless you are prepared to lose your entire investment. Alternative Markets Review takes no responsibility for losses incurred by investors, who should act on regulated professional advice.

I'm currently a bit in shock cos I've just found out that a 16 year old kid got shot dead last night.

I think my daughter probably knows him.

She doesn't hire skates anymore.

She's bought her own.

opmoc,

Obsession came from;

After the tech boom bust people looked for the next big thing. Share magazine did a write up on ZOO about 3+ bit years ago.

They quoted the finance restructuring, the Disney contract in the offing and interative dvd when dvd was in it's infancy. The numbers/opportunities seemed to stack up in ZOO's favour into millions of pounds.

In reality the studios dragged their feet and interactive dvd was slow to materialize, plus ZOO's R+D costs are astronomical.

The life expectancy for dvd is nine years and we are more than half way through now and ZOO didn't make hay while the sun shined. As a result it's struggling and people fail to move on because they are in denial.

That's life.

Foresight placed most of their funds into Convertable Loan Notes not new equity which has proved a wise move!

In respect of the big downgrade in figures I suspect at least £200k of this is due to a write off of the payment for ZIV from Andy S which was most likely conditional on certain xmas trading figures being reached. The same goes for the deferred payment for the sale of the other former zoo division. Ofcourse none of us know the terms of either of these deals as shareholders were never informed!
