It is strange that Marcus Rhodes should sell his entire stake in Zoltav Resources. Its publication could be seen to damage the company and he really has no alternative than to resign from Zoltav Resources.

Arkadiy Abramovich is likely to move and control ARA Capital more openly and increasingly hands on. The collapse in oil and gas prices does lead to new opportunities for the brave - there is no doubt he will take the bull by the horns and probably quite shortly. He may move to Chair Zoltav Resources at some stage though his strong Russian roots makes it uncertain as to where Zoltav moves next. His plans are bound to be big in the medium term.

It sort of tends to do this sometimes tom! Up trends and down trends. Don't worry too much about it! it's great when it goes on one of its up trends though! Hasn't been any selling to justify this drop unless there are some delayed trades to be reported. It's annoying but hang on in there or buy some more! 5 to 10 bagger for the patient! ;-)

Would not expect him to be on the board much longer...an ned who is undoubtedly privy to more info than other shareholders and meant to be there as a safeguard for shareholders interests...by selling out every single share held how can he be aligned with the shareholders he is meant to be safeguarding?

NED and he only held 15000 shares ffs! Most of us have more than that! Dunno why he is selling and at these levels at that. Oh well - not one of the big holders so no worries I reckon even though somewhat odd....

Well if there was news he wouldn't be allowed to deal.The fact a non executive with an extensive business background and who is undoubtedly not broke wants to sell all his shares to raise a few grand is somewhat worrying imho!

Lets hope it is sign that something is going on behind the scene and more news follow . Russians do not like being pushed by sanctions so they probably push out foreigners out of the company.

So I see an RNS and get my hopes up. So, I see that it's a director's dealings and I get excited. Then I see it's a director selling and I am thinking, 'poor show sir!' And then I see he no longer holds any shares in the company, and I think lots of words that you shouldn't put on a BB....

Well if you think that little of it, why not resign...?!

It could be argued that Russian based HGM hasn't been effected by its location.P/E is so low here and profit earning which is unusual for AIM,just seems its always off the radar.Still at this as you say BB looks promising gl

Hi Tom. It's just based on the low oil prices and non trust of anything Russian related basically. It will be many multiples of current price in the next couple of years imo. Strong board and connections and good production rates. Acquisitions likely as well as a move to the main market......

These guys are just brokers and they are not coming from the Oil Industry. This is the reason they do not take deep look because they are lack of the Industry knowledge.
