31/12/2015 08:20 | Dont forget to turn the lights out Last One out the door! | karmastuartra
30/12/2015 19:54 | karma - Zak Mir said that the share price was going to go up at 2.23 pm today, ho ho hoo, in the meantime lets ramp and talk nonsense. | solomon15
30/12/2015 17:57 | Eezy - If you cant work out the value then keep gambling and ramping and deramping and following your cult leaders. You obviously arent much good for much else, either of you. | solomon15
30/12/2015 17:56 | karma - if you cant work the value out then keep gambling. | solomon15
30/12/2015 14:41 | Well yes, maybe the Korea plant will throw off some cash in the future, Solomon. Meantime read the shareprophets article which suggests a NEGATIVE NAV - ie balance sheet insolvency - the company hasn't issued a pro forma balance sheet for us to check this against. Just be careful here. | eezymunny
30/12/2015 14:18 | I think u need to give up investing in shares solomon. | karmastuartra
30/12/2015 14:16 | Eezy - One of the reasons being that the Zinc priced collapsed in the later part of the year, its now corrected significantly and is expected to correct more throughout 2016. NAV = 2.5p per share. No value...? | solomon15
30/12/2015 13:53 | Errr that's REVENUE solomon. Not CASH FLOW. The whole reason that ZOX has collapsed is that it ain't generating enough cash to service the debt load. | eezymunny
30/12/2015 13:45 | Eezy - Of course the plant is gnerating cash, are you getting confused with another share, What are you talking about?? 1.1 million per month increasing alot more as the zinc price rises at it is doing now. Their 10% NAV = 2.5p per share. How is that not worth something? Its currently standing at 0.90p | solomon15
30/12/2015 08:53 | Solomon - I think you need a thicker skin dear chap. Merely pointing out the belief that a share is a punt and not an investment if its capable of halving overnight is an opinion, not a deramp. To believe otherwise suggests you might just come a cropper at some stage. | brahmsnliszt
30/12/2015 08:22 | Oh dear Solomon, I believe your understanding is way off the mark. If ZOX own 10% of the Korean plant that most certainly does not give them 100k/month in the way you imply. The plant isn't profitable or generating cash and until it is, and Korea Zinc decide to pay a dividend, ZOX will get zilch, zero, nada in the way of cash. In the same way that shareholders in ZOX have had zero, zilch, nada in the way of dividends despite revenue of $38m last year. The 10% shreholding in Korea Zinc MAY be worth something in future but for now it ain't gonna pay the bills old boy. | eezymunny
30/12/2015 08:18 | You're confusing revenue with profit Solomon. The cashflow will be less cost of sales and therefore no where near what you suggest. | esmerelda
30/12/2015 01:48 | Eezy - Zinc price is $1600 if they produce, as they did last year 50000 tonnes thats $80 million revenue pa. based on their 10% stake thats $8 million per year or $600,000 per month. And thats not reflecting any potential Zinc price increases either. | solomon15
30/12/2015 00:17 | Eezy - Cashflow, 100k per month possibly, is that enough for you. Cant you read that they would own 10% of the plant that has a revenue of 1 million per month. | solomon15
30/12/2015 00:15 | Eazy - Wheres the cash going to come from? Them selling their 10% stake in the Korean plant. Numbers? Tell me the valuation on their 10% stake in Korean plant as a share price then? | solomon15
30/12/2015 00:01 | Brah - So you came to Aim to treat it like a casino and you are still look at the old roughlette wheel thinking about taking another spin. And doing abit of ramping and deramping along the way. Eezy - Its only scary if you dont know anything..lol Rapier - is that your professional valuation? hahahaha | solomon15
29/12/2015 23:27 | Yes Solomon. This was always a punt and a small one at that. You honestly think I'd invest in anything that is penny share aim and has the ability to lose half its value in two trading days?If that's your idea of an investment, you're welcome to it. | brahmsnliszt
29/12/2015 22:28 | A scary assessment www.shareprophets.co I should do some serious thinking. Suggests ZOX pretty worthless. I haven't checked the numbers. | eezymunny
29/12/2015 21:59 | Frankly if nobody was prepared to cough up $5m at 1p/share it's worth less than 1p/share. Whatever Korea's debt for plant-equity terms imply. | rapier686
29/12/2015 21:51 | loganair - You make an interesting point but my point about valuing the remaining stake still stands, if they decide to sell, whats its worth as a share price? That is very important as it tells us where we are now at 1p, my estimates are around 4p maybe 5p | solomon15
29/12/2015 21:47 | Brah - I never expected financing i just know that the remaining 9.5% is worth more than the current share price. If you want a punt may i suggest a small boat on a lake somewhere and try not to fall overboard. | solomon15
29/12/2015 21:46 | Brah - I never expected financing i just know that the remaining 9.5% is worth more than the current share price. If you want a punt may i suggest a small boat on a lake somewhere and try not to fall overboard. | solomon15
29/12/2015 21:44 | karmaBuffett - Show us how clever you are and tell us how much the 9.5% stake is worth as intrinsic value as a share price. | solomon15 |
