Zinc Media Group plc, the TV and multimedia content producer, announces that David Galan, Chief Operating and Financial Officer, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") yesterday, 20 March 2017, at a price of 1.049p per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase of Ordinary Shares, David is holding a total of 900,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.15 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company. David is also holding options over 12,000,000 Ordinary Shares.
