Posted at 21/12/2018 12:24 by fillipe Took a few here today as a risk.ZBO can quite easily considerably surprise to the upside. It's only 15 months ago since I sold out at 4.11p, at which time they were (intraday) very well over that price. gla, however you tread. f. |

Posted at 18/9/2017 17:40 by fillipe I feel the results and general tone of the report will not impress, I much regret and see that some were selling into the close today.Incidentally, it needs HK$10.5 for just UK£1,and there's little margin of error in the business if anything does go amiss. Congrats to ZBO on being very clear on saying it as it is. f |
Posted at 18/9/2017 15:21 by maytrees Very good results compared with last year:· Revenue HKD 808.9 million (2016: HKD 497.0 million) · Profit Before Tax HKD 1.1 million (2016: HKD 0.6 million) · Net Profit after tax HKD 1.0 million (2016: HKD 0.6 million) · Cash position at period end HKD 1.3 million (2016: HKD 5.3 million) · Diversified customer base with over 50 customers · Due to the difficult trading conditions the Board will not declare a final dividend (2016: Nil) |
Posted at 07/9/2017 09:17 by maytrees Good morningWell there was a trade yesterday (buy) after my post above. I suppose the problem with a co like ZBO is that if the results are good one would not be able to buy in any quantity or at a decent share price but if the results are bad, the share price would be marked down. One of the reasons for researching in advance and then deciding whether or not to invest. |
Posted at 03/9/2017 14:50 by fillipe I think we need to see the mid-Sept finals in order to assess how well it's going at Zibao and for a wider audience to become aware of the company and what it does.My own feelings are that we will be looking at a good situation at Zibao in which others will wish to join. In that case we should begin to see a pattern of more regular trading of the stock, in which case some of the spikey jumps and fall-backs, along with the wide spreads spreads should disappear. However, it's very much a case of "being in to be winning" at ZBO and taking the last interims as a guide I'm optimistic of a good result coming from this currently small £££ f |

Posted at 18/11/2016 16:12 by fillipe Jolly good to see the orderly buys at ZBO today - a sensible response by those who can see the possibilities.Just to fill in the picture a bit, Level 2 shows only 40k shrs in total at each side of the bid/ask and those shrs are split between the two mm's - WINNS and PEEL. That doesn't mean they don't have more shares on their shelves, but maybe not that many - hence any ramping and pumping is bound to spike up the share price So, as is concurring - sensible amounts being taken by the few and therefore an orderly market. I hope this might assist all who don't have easy access to the L2 numbers + gla. I'll recheck the free float and revert, although from memory it's not that great. f |
Posted at 17/11/2016 10:37 by fillipe It's good to see ZBO starting to be recognised as one of the potential future big gainers. The days of picking up the shares at sub-1p, after the lengthy buyers drought are well over. This was over the 10p mark, a little more than a year ago. 4-5p looks very achievable to me. g |
Posted at 14/11/2016 09:38 by maytrees ZBO's product - waste metals recycling - seems ideally placed for C21 needs. There seem to be few shares about as even a small buy today led to a sharp share price gain. Apologies if there is already an advfn ZBO thread but my search revealed none. |
