Link to old web page with MBO details.
Medical Devices and products is the New Zimed Ltd?
Clinical Divices and Diagnostics is us?
NO up-dated web site? [STILL showing Zi Medical Logo]?
Under News, no mention of name change?
Last up-date to share price?
IMHO. Poor show VivoMedica.
How much did we get for the MBO?
Oh, sorry, may be the cheque is still in the post, that
may be why they cant pay to have the site up-dated.

|adnatrob: Hi Shaun, you may remember me from last year. Have been a holder of this stock for some years now and read this board with interest.
You asked recently "who is buying", well I am certainly one of them and here is my reasoning.
The share price in my opinion is low primarily through lack of news and trading interest. Although no news does not inspire investors to invest, it does also mean there is probably nothing bad to report.
The main shareholders of this company are represented on the board i.e. Merlin and the directors themselves, owning between them over 50% of the stock. Shareholder value must therefore be of keen interest to them and the CEO, who from a previous RNS as sizeable options linked to performance.
You may recall, Merlin where reported to have invested £2.5m in the company late last year to support ongoing development and commercialisation. In the future they can convert this loan into shares at 3.88p per share or at the prevailing price of a placing if lower (highly unlikely based on the reasons the loan note was issued). The CEO's performance linked options are also excercisable at this price subject to certain performance criteria being satisfied.
Therefore in my view shares valued at less than 3.88p are worth purchasing.
I personally am taking a longer term view on this company and the news that as been reported leads me to believe that we should see upward value in the second half of this year and I have increased my holding accordingly.
Results are due out shortly and although there is a risk (as always) at the current price I feel it is worth taking.|
|shaunoneill29: So thats a no.
You could not even get laid by a fat bird in Butlins, its a bit like the ZIKM share price, all talk and no action.|
|the bull: The new ceo seemed very bullish on his last updates, sales ahead of target etc etc, surprised no more news and share price action|
|4shorty: Shaun the dark day has arrived I've waved goodbye to my money and my wife, i will save my affections for ZIM and hope they reciprocate with good sales and increased share price.
|digger27: Wallabybob - there is a little known and very well hidden rule for ADVFN bulletin boards which reads "if ya aint in then ya cant post". This being the case I am making arrangements with my broker to transfer 1 ZIM share to you as your comments would be sorely missed. No need to thank me as I am generous to a fault, all I ask is that you look after little Zim and treat him well.
Shaun maybe they will pull out the stops to get the share price up as the way I read it they intend to raise the money during the next 12 months at prevailing prices. If they time it for after the AD product launch in August then the share price may be higher who knows. Still the optimist I know but I can ill afford to sell at these prices.
I reckon the board must have masochistic tendencies and I quote * "We enjoy the continued support of our shareholders".|
|bernieboy: Oh well - I got my reply from ZIM which was pretty much the same as yours Shaun. It talked about the closed period and also mentioned the posting of an e-mail that they sent to an earlier private investor, on an internet bulletin board!! I guess that was yours Shaun and they didnt seem too impressed with that! Due to this being posted in the public domain they declined to comment further to my questions. So I shall not post the whole e-mail! I guess we are none the wiser with all of this and just have to sit tight - although one thing that it tells us is that they read this bulletin board!! So with this in mind please please please directors can you do something to reverse the falling share price!! It is annoying to just sit here watching the share price dwindle away with no news whatsoever. We really need something pretty quickly if we are to stem the fall.
Can this really go much lower with the market cap now below £2M!?!?!|
|pc4900074200: If I were ZIM I would be contemplating withdrawing
from negotiations with NMT. It should be blatantly
obvious by now that this New Management in NMT
are playing ZIM along for a song.
It looks to be that they have not got the negotiation
skill to carry on with what was in place with the old
management and the LOI is floundering.
Volvere bought into NMT with the soul intention of
giving their shareholders a return for the investment.
So their intention's do not look to be honourable for
NMT shareholders as they have not bothered to issue
any direction after two plus months to which they are
It's a win-win position ATM for Volvere but in leaving
NMT and ZIM dangling on a string they are dragging
the share price of both downwards.
ZIM issued a positive statement several weeks back and
I feel that without these pending negotiations the share
price would have steadied possibly increased.
ZIM Management, it's time to tell Volvere to put-up or
Shut-up. With or without the LOI, do you wish to SELL?
As a shareholder of ZIM, we need to move on and not
stagnate on the possibility of acquiring NMT.
|booster11: Well I guess we are going to be able to judge just how good the new management are within the next couple of weeks. If they want a clean takeover of NMT then they had better get the ZIM share price moving north pdq.
If there's any good news to push the share price up I would have thought they'd be putting it out asap.
Judging by the way the share price is moving around lately either the MM's have got about as much clue as to where ZIM are going as we have, or the share price is being manipulated to allow Amvescap to sell off at around 9p.|
