No I went to the AGM and was the only shareholder, along with analysts, Altium, the whole board inc David Williams.

Spoke to Ian Blackburn today - with some feedback on some products he sent me.

I have a tiny holding - bought on the morning of the AGM - to buy myself a seat at the table.

Definitely some buying going on and Ian mentioned it. I will buy more sometime.

If you bought only on the morning of the AGM, your name wouldn't have been on the share register so how did you manage to gain yourself a "seat at the table"?

Now now Robbie, I've only just seen your post. And it's really useful, thanks. Price has ticked up again!

If anyone ever reads this- there has been some consistent buying in the last month to raise the price from its low and that in spite of you know what happening elsewhere. As a two year punt this might be good value; it's certainly fallen a hell of a long way and the company has made significant acquisitions now. Any views? or am I a Lone?

my post 111 refers. On sale of 100 shares this morning, at 8.12am, and following a standard trading statement this share has fallen 35p. THe company has to becme more pro-active with the CIty - the Board has the track record to do that, but seems at the moment incapable of preventing further falls. Good luck to all holders. And as I was asked, I sold my 5k shares at an average of 515p operating a stop policy having bought from 300p up to 575p.

Another great acquisition and the placing at 560p shows great confidence in the company

Is that so? So when exactly, months before 9 April, did you sell this company with its 'great acquisition'.

Pre tax profit of say £2 million, cost of finance £1 million. Mkt cap £40 million.

Further large falls to be expected, especially in this market. Re-enter on positive earnings and attrative mkt cap, but at 20 times pre tax profits with loads of debt, short term does not look attractive

Needlesss to say I sold months ago as this went into and continues to freefall. Their debt will cost more to service but in other depts they should increase profit. If they do no more than replicate last year's performance the price now look sattractive, but I will wait to see either those results in July or a recovery based on news flow (and it's been awfullly quiet recently).

is anyone else invested in this share and if so , have they any thoughts? It looks to me like it could suffer a slow fall because there appears no transactional business for mms. A lot of the shares are with fund managers however and I am sure the company is managaing those relationships. I am hoping for a serious div at the results.

Anyone aware of any press on the results? It seems quiet here given the bullish outlook. As ever though we seem to ride out the FTSE panics well

Great set of results. I just keep these shares in my SIPP with no worries. Steady growth in time is what I like.

Except there is no move down so hardly tarred. Killick and others have a 700p price target for Zetar and you have the trading update. I've been in for over two years now and am happy to hold as I epxect a tickup on results. The last acquisition was a very good one.

Any surreal chartists out there? I hope the flaccid share price is not imitating silverfern's clock (delete a letter?); we need all the uplift we can get. Just can't break through 600 and the long pause at around 580 is taking us rather near the long term upward support line. This makes me slightly nervous as the year end was April 30 and we will have to wait till late July for the results. Actually, there was a similar pattern in June/July last year and, in addition, we could be getting tarred by the Interlink brush.

jeez- this thread is getting well surreal. Was that a melting clock I just heard chiming thirteen?
