Tomorrow the ugly duckling shakes off its brown feathers and the process of becoming a Swan starts.

REM is the new ticker, and the new website should be up and running.

Hopefully the market see this as a positive sign and we can move back up.


The next big news is as Solarano mentions:
New Metals Guru coming on board, and a new Fund Manager.

Expected before Christmas but no guarantees.

You're right in a sense beginner, I just don't like seeing gullable people being sucked in by these known sleeze artists. We had Humbugg for months on TSTR while they were suspended. The guy is the absolute pits!!

Anyway hopefully today, which I think is the 6th negative day on the spin, we will see a turnaround.

The truth is there are better (although perhaps a bit early to say) rare earth firms out there that are not on the AIM, and for the record I don't hold here. However, this chap humbug is the bloody limit. I suspect hidden behind his bravado and apparent vast profits on just about every share he has ever entered are substantial losses. I see him boasting about going out for extravagant suppers with his family and how he plays golf with his many business contacts. I can't help but chuckle at the insecurity of a chap who has to write such things on an Internet chat board to keep up his self esteem. It is especially amusing when you find out his contacts are the owners of the local Italian restaurant and judging by his "high end" taste in wine he comes from east anglia which although perfectly pleasant is not the metropolis of a self proclaimed mogul!

That will be why your good friend comedy has bought VMP THEN!!! and all but abandoned this thread.
VMP is chugging along nicely and will become a company of real value but I hope and pray you dont buy any as it would entice me to sell.
I dont like holding shares if muppets think they are a good bet.

One other thing it is the fact you rightly stated that LENI is involved here that I would urge people to steer well clear.

Guys if you want to see what happens when u listen to Serentel then take a look at VMP. He has ramped this one with 100's of posts.. People have been buying at 1.4 it is now 1.1 and falling.

The only RNS was a holding in Company. What I should have said was an OFFLOAD in the Company.

Serentel do us all a favour and stay away!!!!

Hi Guys...most of the information has been posted but just to re-iterate Lenigas is looking to bring on two new directors, a metals guy and a fund manager.

As the Chinese control the market we can make serious inroads into their market.

He also mentioned the price of some of the rare earth commodities and its mega bucks so we have a great vehicle in REM.

The telling point was, he is not prepared to dilute at this level which means the price HAS to go up for him to take on cash etc, which it will do just before the deal.

Thanks to the two guys I met after the meeting and Cuthbert, there were two investors there with black briefcases you chose the wrong one when you collared him outside the meeting!!

why don't u change your nickname on ADVFN to bottom_fisher.
It would make more sense!!

Lots of positives going on here in preperation for the proposed deal.
They have already had deals on the table that have been turned down!

The very fact that Leni and Rowan are behind this speaks volumes.
Companies and II's are throwing deals and money at this one.
There is no rush, as the deal has to be right for the Company and Shareholders.

People like you would be happy with anything, as long as you can make your quick buck and then trundle onto the next one!!!

I see you're ramping up VMP on nothing more than hot air. How many souls will be trapped on the spike while you're offloading today.

Oh for god,s sake man read your last post.
In other words nothing will happen for 4/6/8 months so the share price will drift , when an share price drifts it is usualy downwards.
The other thing of note is , if China have a stranglehold on REE,s then what the `F` do they think they are going to invest in ?
Any REE play will be priced as such ie no bargains.
People aint as stupid as you would like them to be bud.
Plenty time to get in here at a lower entry point if it is going to be worth getting in at all.
