i remember HNR behaving like this and that was a MAIN share. loaded up there at 10p levels and rode it to 70p+

Wonder how this will leave ZEN exposed for Lenigas, Strang and co to take advantage and get themselves on the board. Also wondering how hard the market monkeys will force the share price down on this news. Which I can't see should have any effect really, as we are already working on the workover project.

Sorry for this guy and his family but apart from renaming the Zardob field after him they're also planning to name their first gusher after him too.
How positive a vibe does that give off going forward re their expectations for these workovers?

keeping this quiet for another week or so to load up. Clearly a overhang of shares from the placing however can see it clearing fast in the next week or so.

expect a rerating towards 20p+ levels in the next 4 weeks.

under the radar also which is nice

Excellent news today guys!! Management is moving fast, i was thinking it will be only 1 rig & now its 2. So expecting them to move much quicker.

Still have spare funds ready to chuck in.

Seems like it is starting to breakout, 20p first target upon any sniff of news on increased production.

TheLung - I read it as we will still see regular updates (maybe every 20 days or so) but as we will have more than 1 rig now they will combine the updates instead of for example 1 every 10 days or 7 days once we have the 3rd rig etc.

With so many wells to workover it would cause havoc with the share price and break the RNS machine.

These two lines in the RNS were a tad contradictory for me.

In the IG interview AC also said news on workovers every 20 days, but now they've doubled the rigs.

What flow of updates are other holders expecting? (pun intended)

Nice little update. Management seems really good and have a great interest keeping the shareholders up to date with regular updates. Topped up another slice last night so happy with my holding now. Will continue if we have a dip. See a few sales going on it does surprise me as this really looks a great opportunity

Great news.

With a 1,000 bopd target for early next year from Azerbaijan, using 2 rigs should effectively bring that 1,000 bopd target forward by 6 months to Aug/Sept.

In addition they are considering leasing a 3rd workover rig, so operations should really gather pace.

Maybe that's why the share price was floundering slightly as the workover rig hadn't actually started work? Love the fact he's also cleared up the rig issue it wasn't clear before what we actually had or what we were going to do. Roll on two weeks time for the first update! Hopefully it'll be an 'uncontrollable gusher' lol
