Blimey, this one did not last long - only a year on AIM. Stegrego - I would imagine this stock attracted its fair share of speculators after they issued the 9 July 2013 statement. Looks like the share price tanked and naturally there would have been those gambling on a recovery if the outcome of the talks had been positive. The other thing which is striking is the speed in which this happened. I have watched some dogs drag on for months while undergoing talks and again the share price often fluctuates enough to trade. Sadly for some, that did not pan out here.

Im staggered that people arent canny enough to spot that the RNS on the 9th was basically saying this was a busted flush.

Sorry for those that lost out but as they say, a fool and his money are soon parted.......

Also ADVFN ought to do something about the cretins that come on here with all this bid talk rubbish etc. In fact they ought to be put in prison.

duxy - They paid approx £21.5M for Hattrick (circa £8.7m cash, £8.5m loan notes, £2.6m shares), approx £13.5M for Concept Art House (circa £4.4m cash, £2.4m loan notes and £7m shares) and approx £5.6M for Sneeky (circa £1.6m cash, £1m loan notes and £2.9m shares,

stab in the dark fair value for the IP, IMO would be around the cash paid value at the very most, circa..... £6m to £7m......GL S

I know. Strange how no approach was mentioned in any rns. I hope the company pulls though but any one bidding 25p when the share price is 2.5p needs their heads examined!
