Looks like ZRL are on course to double (perhaps more) the resource estimate at Cheowa, its priority copper-gold project and yet there is no reaction at all.
Just doesn't seem to have a wide UK following.

My mate met the ZRL MD at a Minesite presentation that they were at and took his card. He told me to get in a good few months back but I didn't go for it. I saw him this weekend and he insisted I sell other stock and get into these and PAF too so here I am. Feeling good about it. Timing looks bob-on with the US dollar looking screwed and the price of precious metals going up. I'm going to top up on any dips and make this and PAF my two biggest mining plays.

Yep, looking good. I've taken profit from others and placed in here under the advice of a mate of mine who works in the City. Suggested I load up here and in PAF. He's normally right so I'll sit back and enjoy the ride!

I've doubled my stake here too. After the big jump in the gold price, gold explorers and the like are set to benefit immensley. The MD did a cracking presentation too - see minesite - which infers a great company in the making. Always nice to be in early doors.

Sitain, i believe this is a very good deal, don't forget that this deal, Rio will spend upto $6m for only the U3O8 part of the Mulofwe Dome project, and if i remember correctly, ZRL have stated that this project has IOCG characteristics. so theres plently more scope for further JV/partners for the other minerals.

And, as Daz has mentioned, Rio have more experience and better skill sets than ZRL doing it alone.

There's no doubt, that ZRL will be tapping Rio's expert knowledge, to help them progress the other parts of the Mulofwe project aswell.

Julian Ford said that uranium exploration required a different skill set, which Zambezi probably don't have, so that's why they bring in partners.

Yes RIO get a good deal but this is a similar type deal to the one Albidon signed for their highly prospective uranium acreage, it seems to be the going rate.

Like you though I wish they could get more but they are a small company with limited resources.

Now its two major investors in its exploration territory. Rio must have seen the huge potential that has been talked about by management. Excellent news and should underpin the share price in the current mkt turmoil.

With gold once again looking bullish, any positive news by mgt on gold drill data / jv with a blue chip company would be bullish for the share price

Drill data should be coming through in the next couple of months for both copper and gold.

Nice presentation on the zambezi site. Mentions upcoming gold and second uranium JVs. JVs are great as they provided corroboration of prospects as well as funding without immediate dilution.
