04/8/2016 18:27 | They state lower margins. | the ghost who walks
04/8/2016 17:12 | Excellent summary Graham, the type of acquisition when it happens is the key. | battlebus2
04/8/2016 16:33 | AGM report: | rndm355
04/8/2016 10:41 | Agree with most of the above comments. But... Zamano is so cheap it discounts all of the above and more... On something like a p/fcf ratio of 4 (ex cash). Value will out..in that i trust. Just requires patience. | shaunstar
04/8/2016 10:27 | Hi MrP But when that advice tells you to simply get higher margin work, you wonder what the board are doing and how competent they are? | bonio10000
04/8/2016 10:22 | Sometimes not a bad idea to get outside specialist help but disappointed in the lack of clarification on numbers. | mrphil
04/8/2016 08:56 | Looking at this one for a while and was away to buy 20k at 10.4p before I realised the sods were trying to apply £20.80 stamp duty and I thought "to hell with that". Spread is bad enough without adding further costs. Can't remember the last time I paid stamp duty on any of my purchases. | callumross
04/8/2016 07:35 | I am beginning to think this is pretty much uninvestable with shareholder communication like that. Yes, why do they need an outside consultancy, an open admission that the Board are not capable on their own. Where are we on profitability with significant growth but margin down, where are we against expectations, what about cash? Very poor IMO. | tiswas
04/8/2016 07:17 | I hope they at last realise it's shareholder value they need to create and actually get on with an acquisition this time as cash in the bank is not what's needed. | battlebus2
04/8/2016 07:14 | When you need a consultancy to tell you how to run your business Time to bail. | bonio10000
04/8/2016 07:10 | Market not that impressed then! | mrphil
02/8/2016 12:38 | There's certainly more interest in the stock recently. Maybe the AGM will bring news on the mooted merger, a dividend or more news re Conlon's resignation | qut
31/7/2016 18:32 | Could well be, there's a lot riding on any AGM statement as it's the first since the CEO resigned. Fingers crossed. | battlebus2
31/7/2016 15:02 | Is this building towards the AGM on 4th August? | qut
29/7/2016 09:16 | Just tested dummy trades at 10.3125-11.117 for London quote. | cockerhoop
29/7/2016 09:00 | Does anyone know what the true spread is,looks way too large to be correct | riddlerone
29/7/2016 08:38 | Having another go to break 11p.... | battlebus2
05/7/2016 12:57 | I see my post got lost when ADVFN had an outage and nearly a whole day's posts on ADVFN all got dumped. The cash balance here is now probably a little over Euro 7m. At the current Euro 1.17 to £ exchange rate, that means probably over £6m in cash. If someone loaded a reasonable 2 times EBITDA of debt onto the balance sheet, they could buy the company for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING at the current price. It is bonkers crazy! This is a clear takeover target for anyone just on valuation, without going into the strategic benefits for a specific acquirer. | aleman
15/6/2016 10:05 | The run of buying that led to the jump on the 8th started on Monday June 6th. In comments at the bottom, Wexboy said this on Friday the 3rd: "Hi Robert, Yes, they replied privately & offered reassurances a dividend was being seriously considered by the board ..." | aleman
08/6/2016 19:47 | It may seem like excitement just this afternoon but it is the end of an interesting run of buying that started on Monday. It does make one wonder if there is something going on. On the Irish exchange, the shares closed at 14.5 cents, +3.4. That's a 31% rise, although only on 30k volume there. | aleman
08/6/2016 18:58 | Something brewing? A bit of action is due here | qut
08/6/2016 15:11 | Could well be, or a partnership etc | battlebus2 |
