I have to admit to a slight disappointment that cash didn't beat £5m but there are good reasons why it did not. Receivables rose by Euro 1.343m but payables only rose by Euro 0.801m. That soaked up Euro 0.542m. The tiny amount of debt left reduce by Euro 0.276m and tax due fell by Euro 0.075m. The debt and tax liabiliites are more or less gone now and working capital might not take cash next time. The debt is already netted off within net cash but the other two would have generated Euro 0.617m extra cash if they had remained even on the year. That would have seen net cash rise by Euro 2.2m (rather than 1.6m) to Euro 6.9m over the year. That gives a better indication of the underlying health of the company. It's generating free cashflow onto the balance sheet at about £1.7m per year and that seems to be growing. The market cap ought to be north of £20m - and that's if you ignore the £5m that is already there.

Yes excellent results, growing cash pile looking for acquisitions, no mention of dividend.

Another set of very good results. Modest growth, profit increase, EPS increase, cash generation (no cashflow statement?) and balance sheet improvement. EPS of 16-17p, depending on exchange rate, from growing markets and nearly £5m net cash - probably above that now.

Still needs a deal to give the shares a lift but solid underpinnings and very modest rating for the sector of only around 7. A p/e of 12 and net cash added on would be about 25p.

Wexboy published a new Zamano post yesterday, sharing his recent letter to the board where he formally reiterates/updates his dividend proposal - well worth reading....

He proposes a 1.2 cent annual dividend, which makes sense for a profitable/cash-rich company & would offer a tasty 8.2% yield. He speaks for 13.1% plus of Zamano's outstanding shares & is now actively seeking further shareholder support re this dividend (& other potential shareholder value measures), so please email him if you are a Zamano shareholder.

No idea. Based on my experience that the things you worry about never happen and the things that do hurt you are never anticipated, I'd guess no! But I'd ask someone else, if I were you. :-)

Support is now 10p and rising, and the moving averages are a peach. 3 ticks up in two days. MMs have no stock. The question is how many 12p sellers are left from 2008/9 at the top of the triangle. Not many, looking at the low volumes back then. The odd dip in late November coincided with trades that looked like a bigger holder selling out and accepting a lower price to finish off so that is probably one less to defend 12p at the next attempt.

From what I can ascertain Wexboy knows alot about Pageant Holdings who own 30% of Zamano (hxxps://wexboy.wordpress.com/2015/11/29/zamano-so-what-now/). It's like they are connected somehow, like the same people.

This one is my favourite. It's mouthwatering if you think there are good results coming. 17p (in 7 weeks time or thereafter) would be a p/e of about 7.2 after cash on my anticipated results though it will have to break that selling pressure at 12p and 15p to get there

Hi Aleman. I don't think you can read anything into the charts with this one. Very small and illiquid. Grossly undervalued, although the directors don't seem to be hurrying themselves to do anything about it. I doubt even sparkling results and news of increases to the cash pile will shift this.
It is all about waiting for some sort of deal to be done. Return of surplus cash maybe, if no deal is on the horizon and then sell the company. A man could grow old waiting for this to move.

Another tick up with probable good results to come in two months. Check out the moving average charts of a few posts back and then discuss whether that is a golden cross or not. You often see shares ping upwards with moving averages like these. The fundamentals and charts here look promising. Remember, the dip at the end of last year looked like it was probably a big seller clearing out an amount the market struggled with. The pending results cloud see us get on with the 4-year trend. The triagulation that has formed makes a break through 12p on results look possible, with potential targets of 16p and 22p, which would not be excessive on recent good results and the growing cash on the balance sheet. Also, the elusive acquisition could be a catalyst.

I think the major shareholdings have been pretty stable in recent years, as you might expect with a company that has showed good profitability and a tremendous improvement in its balance sheet. The downside of that stable large holders means means lquidity in the shares has been very poor, although that has improved a bit in the last year..

aleman, do you know much about the share holding, seems very tightly held. How long are those shareholders in?

Moving averages seem to be developing an interesting technical point that might be more likely to produce a bigger move one way or the other. I think some would see the share price rising above the 200-day as very bullish while some would see the 50-day falling through the 200-day as very bearish. I expect a run upwards ahead of good results, myself, but shares often refuse to do what I expect!

It's a little disappointing to see the recent price weakness after such a strong trading update but it is good to see that we are getting regular 10k-50k trades going through over recent days with no news. The improving liquidity here might allow me to increase my stake slightly after I've ensured next month's tax bill is covered.
