M/ms are ruderless at the moment so if someone wants to nsee 500000 shares at this point in the game they will take them but at there price. If someone is daft enough to sell them at that price its there loss. The best thing to do with a share like this is just sit back and wait for the right news to come out which i feel quite sure it will I am sitting on 50% loss at the moment but I am quite willing to sit it out. Just keep holding good luck JIM

Rampety ramp

All very well having your opinion on india links but to then say the share price is fuelled by your assertions is plain silly.

This has life but I do not think its current situation warrents ramping. Alot of loosely made connections which are so obviously put out to give an impression of this company doing very well.

Shrink my tunes I think has a chance but still alot of questions to be answered.

more info on Indian market

Monday, October 01, 2007: Telecom service provider Tata Indicom has crossed the 20 million subscriber mark, making it the only service provider to achieve this record in the shortest period of time -- just four years, the company said. Tata Teleservices Ltd (TTSL) continues to register the highest CAGR at 112 per cent, and this growth makes the company achieve a year-on-year increase of 86 per cent in its total subscriber base

compression factor:

5x or 6x reduction on classical music:

So can ShrinkMyTunes really reduce the size of your MP3 collection by 75 percent? Well, that all depends upon your musical tastes. In the case of a typical modern rock or rap album (Franz Ferdinand, Kanye West etc.), we found the original files to be 3.2-3.3 times larger than the versions that had been converted using ShrinkMyTunes. The same went for a hard driving Art Blakey jazz album. Indeed, pretty much anything with strong drums should struggle to muster more than 3.5x. Something a little softer, such as David Gray, could be reduced by around 3.8 times.

On the other hand, an album of 19th century operatic arias comfortably hit 5.3x, and a CD of Bach's Goldberg Variations for the piano could be reduced by an impressive 6.3 times. A typical twenty-something, then, should be looking at upping their storage space by 3.2-3.5 times using ShrinkMyTunes. That's rather useful if you want, in effect, to turn your 4GB iPod nano into a 12GB to 14GB version.

From iii, 14 Sep07:

TheMysteron

So far, their products have failed.

Onshare, their "jewel in the crown" has been a MAJOR flop.

Onspeed failed because of Broadband.

However, i believe the recent VSNL contract in India (20 Jul 07) may help reverse that trend and rescue Onspeed from the ashes. VSNL is part of India's Tata Group. Tata Group is India's largest conglomerate, with revenues in 2005-06 US $21.9 billion and a market capitalisation of $56.3 billion as on August 30, 2007..They are MASSIVE.

VSNL is India's leading international telecommunications service provider. The Indian government owns approximately 26 per cent of VSNL's equity and the Tata Group about 45 per cent.

If you read Frosts latest report entitled "Broadband in India", dated 20 Jul 2007 at:

you will see why this deal with VSNL may be so VERY valuable and has almost completely overlooked/almost forgotten about.

Just this one paragraph sums up the huge potential of the VSNL deal signed only 8 weeks ago:

"There is tremendous enthusiasm among the dial-up users and an estimated 60 percent of users regularly access the Internet through cybercafés. However, when it comes to high-speed broadband access, there is reluctance, and the rate of adoption has been slow. By the end of 2006, there were 2.1 million broadband subscribers – a penetration of less than 0.2 percent."

Unlike the other countries that Onspeed has operated in, Dial Up is still a Major part of Indian life and will be for many years to come due tothe very slow take-up of Broadband.

There are only around 66m people in the UK compared to around 1.12 billion in India, around 17 times more people than the UK....and they still rely heavily on Dial Up, and will do for many years to come.

So i believe that Onspeed has the potential to more than recoup its losses since its original launch. It has just been almost completely forgotten about due to the constant profit warnings from ZGP.

I also believe that Shrinky will be a winner for Christmas and beyond.

Combine the two and i think ZGP have an excellent chance for recovery from yesterdays disaster.

Could be completely wrong of course. But you pays your money and takes your chance !

"As discussed previously the monthly average cash burn rate has improved from last year's £160k to £115k and further action is being taken to reduce cash burn further. The net cash position is £1.6m."

+

"In addition, initial indications suggest that the ShrinkMyTunes compression product could surpass internal expectations in terms of revenue generation."

=

Good value at the current mkt cap of 2.73, with 1.6m of cash (enough to last 14 months at a burn rate of 115k per month) and the fact that Shrinky is already surpassing internal expectations.

Don't forget about the very important, albeit almost totally forgotten about, recent VSNL deal in India !

The company said it will take action to reduce its monthly cash burn rate
further after it cut its monthly average cash burn in the first-half to around
115,000 stg from 160,000 stg in the year-ago period.
As at Aug 31, the AIM-quoted company had a cash balance of 1.6 mln stg.
Still plenty cash in the bank!

Sub 10p util news. Unless they are keeping a tight control of expenses I worry they will be calling up for money somewhere along the line. As I have said in the past they need to be spending alot and I mean alot of money on Marketing, and even then you need to get it right. I am just not sure with the management here given past decisions. But there is hope just not much.
