eps needs to be towards 29p, with a positive forward statement. If so should be minimum 25% uplift over the summer

Well if the effect here is the same as with ELM it will be fun - these look very cheap imo.

Well I am really surprised at this fall so topped up near close after selling my BPI this morning. Lets hope I've made the right decision as I'm pretty overweight in this now.

a bit quiet here.

i'm surprised to see yulc drift down from 220 to 210 (almost 5%) during the last 5 trading days on low volume trades.

some good news on trading and cost synergies hopefully in full year 2011 results on Wednesday 14th March, it would be brilliant if there were some news on the acquisition front as well.

broker concensus is for pbt of 74.5m, eps of 19.3p with pe ratio of 11.0x

for current year 2012 broker forecast is pbt of 100.6m, eps of 22.62p with pe ratio of just 9.4x with a further fall in pe ratio to 8.5x for 2013

so, imo, yulc is still significantly undervalued and overlooked in the market just now.

deserves a pe of at least 12x which equates to a share price of between 260p and 300p.

its peer group trades on a pe of more than 15x, typically 18 to 20x

given a pe of just 15x, then an appropriate share price of between 290 and 340 could be justified on a two year outlook.

i'm watching very closely between now and 14th March for any further weakness in the share price before topping up prior to results day.

Because it's a SETS stock you are not necessarily buying or selling from a market maker. If you place an order through a full service broker they will put a bid on the book at your limit prioe and pick up the stock in chunks for you. Each time the deal will go through at the bid price as an AT sell.

But I am the underlying buyer so the whole concept is erroneous.

If I buy through a retail broker they will put the O trade through outside the book and pick up the stock from a wholesale broker at a slight discount to the offer proce that they might pass on to you

Unless market makers are accumulating or reducing stock then it's a question of simple algebra. Buyers = Sellers.

Just let the volume be your guide

I have been looking at the trades for this stock...there seem to be more sells than buys, shouldn't this lead to a fall in price? Is there any sensible way of interpreting trade volumes? I confess, I cannot make any sense of these.
